Abstract
本发明涉及一种火沙理疗外用组合物及其制备方法和应用,属于医疗保健领域。本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物主要包括沙子、磁石、陶瓷粒和电气石,还可包括竹炭、麦饭石和压石中的一种或多种,试验研究表明,其具备显著的养生保健和治疗风湿骨病药、胃病、胃溃疡、妇科疾病以及痛经的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗保健领域,具体涉及一种火沙理疗外用组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
用沙子进行理疗自古以来即有记载,我国祖国医学的许多著作中都有关于沙疗的记载,例如“西域埋沙热,除祛风寒诸疾”。历代名人游记中也有“火洲埋沙疗疾祛病”的描述,唐代著名医学家孙思邈在他的《千金要方》中对沙疗疗法作了详细的介绍,另外一位著名医学家陈藏器也在《本草拾遗》中说明了沙疗疗法的具体步骤,明代医药家李时珍在《本草纲目》中也谈到。沙疗不仅仅是绿色医疗,它更可以打通经脉,补充真元,沙疗用中医学的观念概括有:“回阳固脱,复脉救急;疏散风寒,调和营卫;活血散血,温通经络;升提中气,固胎止漏;祛风除湿,温寒通痹;固摄冲任,回转胎位;消淤散结,祛腐生肌;引导实热,附火外发;养阴清热,散火祛瘀;培补脾胃,强壮元阳;强身保健,祛病延年”。沙疗养生已经有2500多年的历史,具有增强耐力,抗疲劳,延年益寿,对抗亚健康,抗肿瘤,延缓衰老的效果。由此可知,将沙子用于理疗具有许多有益效果。
磁石,药用名亦作慈石,别名玄石、吸铁石、铁石,为氧化物类矿物磁铁矿的矿石,形态为等轴晶系,晶体呈八面体、十二面体,晶面有条纹,多为粒块状集合体,铁黑色,或具暗蓝靛色,条痕黑,半金属光泽,不透明,无解理,断口不平坦,硬度5.5~6.5,密度0.16~5.18g/cm3,具有磁性。磁石性味寒,咸,归心、肝、肾经;主治平肝潜阳,聪耳明目,镇惊安神,纳气平喘;用于头晕目眩、视物昏花、耳鸣耳聋、惊悸失眠和肾虚气喘。我国用磁石治病已有悠久历史。汉代司马迁《史记·扁鹊仓公列传》记载就已发现一种称之为“磁石”的天然矿物,具有磁性并可治疗疾病。唐代著名医药学家孙思邈在《千金方》中记述:用磁石朱砂六曲制成的蜜丸,治疗眼病时“常顺益眼力,众方不及”,还说“主明目,百岁可读论书”。在《本草纲目》、《中药大辞典》等著名药书中,用磁治病的药方多有记载,“磁疗法”早已被医务界普遍采用,它可引起人体神经、体液代谢等一系列变化。
陶瓷是具有优良的红外辐射性能的材料,采用红外辐射治疗各种疾病是红外辐射材料应用的一个重要方面。近年来这方面的工作取得了迅速的发展,现已成为医疗保健上的一项应用技术。采用红外辐射已对人体的表浅疾病(如关节炎、风湿病、扭挫伤等)以及某些人体内部器官的疾病(如气管炎、腹痛、胃痛、妇科疾病等)进行了治疗并取得了成功。陶瓷不但能有效地调节、补充、拮抗人体内元素平衡,改善人体血液流动状态,活血化瘀,消炎镇痛,改善血液微循环,促进血液大循环,降低血液粘稠度和血脂、血糖,改善血细胞变形型,启动大分子,活化细胞,减少细胞压积和血小板聚集,净化血液,吸附有毒有害物质,如铅、汞、镉等,增强新陈代谢和肌机体免疫力,增强抗紫外线,提高消灭有害细菌和病毒的能力,强身健体,延年益寿。
电气石,又名托玛琳、碧玺,为多元素的天然矿物,含有镁、铝、铁、硼等10多种对人体有利的微量元素。由于它是一种结构特殊的极性结晶体,自身能长期产生电离子,并永久释放空气负氧离子和远红外线,释放的远红外具有促进血液循环、改善微循环和调节人体经络平衡作用。经中外医学界研究证明,电气石对颈椎痛、肩痛、腰痛、风湿关节痛、痛经、疲劳、神经衰弱、失眠、高血压等有显著的辅助疗效。释放的负氧离子能够调节人体神经系统的兴奋和抑制状态,能够活化人体组织细胞,增强细胞的功能和活力,促进细胞的新陈代谢,净化血液,还具有杀菌去异味、净化室内空气和改善睡眠环境等功效。
竹炭是一种新型材料,因其有神奇的保健功效,深得现代人的喜爱。经过特殊工艺烧制的竹炭具有良好的吸附分解、调节湿度、去除异味、抑菌、负离子及远红外线释出等作用,可活血通络,对患有湿气、关节炎、肩周炎、腰椎症、褥疮有特殊的理疗防治功效。竹炭放射出的远红外线,能使物体产生微热,加快人体的血液循环,促进新陈代谢,改善人体内环境,消除疲劳。
麦饭石,学名石英二长岩,是一种天然的硅酸盐矿物,麦饭石对生物无毒、无害并具有一定生物活性。麦饭石的主要化学成分是无机的硅铝酸盐,还含有动物所需的全部常量元素,如:K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mo等微量元素和稀土元素,约58种之多。据李时珍的《本草纲目》记载,它处于山溪中,其石如拳头,如鹅卵,外形像粘结在一起的一团麦饭,治疗痈疽瘩背、疮肿,无不灵验。根据《本草纲目》的记载,麦饭石性温,对体内有调理肠胃的作用,释放出微量矿物质被皮肤所吸收,对皮肤有美容,理疗的作用,对治疗皮炎有显著效果。
玉石是一种天然矿,我国对它的研究具有悠久的历史。我国古老的医学经典《黄帝内经》、《唐本草》、《神农本草》、《本草纲目》中均称玉可:“安魂魄,疏血脉,润心肺,明耳目,柔筋强骨”。玉接触人体后,以水波纹的形式放射的大量远红外线光波能透入人体,加速血管扩张,提高血液流速,使人体微循环得到有效改善,消除体内垃圾,降压、降脂,从而达到消炎退肿、镇痛祛病,养心利肺,宁心安神之功效。
现有技术中虽然有记载将上述组分用于理疗,但是通常是单独使用,并且作用比较单一,效果比较普适,作用缓慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的即是要克服现有技术的缺陷,对上述组分进行合理的配伍,以提供一种具有优异的理疗效果的外用组合物。
本发明解决该技术问题的技术方案是:
一种火沙理疗外用组合物,主要包括沙子、磁石、陶瓷粒和电气石,还可包括竹炭、麦饭石和玉石中的一种或多种,其中,各组分均为颗粒状。
所述主要组分的重量配比可以在具体应用时具体搭配,优选为:沙子1 100份,磁石1 50份,陶瓷粒1-50份,电气石1-50份,竹炭、麦饭石和玉石的用量可以根据实际需要酌情加入。
本发明同时提供了上述火沙理疗外用组合物的制备方法,其操作步骤为:将各组分混合均匀即得,或者将各组分混合均匀后装进布袋即得。
在本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物中,期主要作用的磁石、陶瓷和电气石。
磁石通过发射磁场能改善血液循环和组织营养,降低末梢神经的兴奋性,促使致痛物质的分解和转化,从而具有镇痛作用;磁场还可以加强局部的血液循环,改善组织的通透性,有利于炎症的消散和渗出物的吸收。同时,磁场还能提高机体的非特异性免疫功能,改变病人的全身状态,提高对疾病的抵抗能力,抑制和防止疾病的复发;磁场可促进局部的血液循环,加速炎症渗出物的吸收和消散,具有消肿作用。
陶瓷发射的红外辐射的穿透性能较弱,难以象微波一样可以穿透到人体的内部器官,红外辐射在人体表皮上所产生的热效应可以通过人体的内皮及皮下,以对流的形式向人体内部组织传导,使微细血管扩张,血流改善,生物酶的合成极其活性增强,激发和调动人体自身的免疫能力得以激发和调动,故此对人体的内部器官的疾病也能收到治疗和保健的效果。
电气石发射红外线辐射可使人体产生热效应和共振吸收效应,电气石的红外热辐射效应使生物组织温度升高,细胞的通透性、胶体状态、生物电、酸碱度、酶系统发生改变,形成生物活性物质组织胺和乙酰胆碱等,从而使新陈代谢旺盛,生物组织营养状况改善,组织再生能力加强,功能恢复加快,同时热效应可以引起血管扩张,血流加快,抑制不饱和脂肪酸的过氧化,改善微循环,提高免疫力。
本发明人通过试验研究,同时提供了上述火沙理疗外用组合物在制备养生保健品中的应用、以及在制备治疗风湿骨病药物中的应用、在制备治疗胃病药物中的应用、在制备治疗胃溃疡药物中的应用、在制备治疗妇科病药物中的应用和在制备治疗痛经药物中的应用。
本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物在具体应用时,可以采用本领域的常规方式,例如可以将上述原料混合,加热后敷在患部、或者将上述原料混合后敷在患部,并在上面撒入酒精后点火燃烧、或者做成多层,例如下面是电气石和磁铁,中间是竹炭和陶瓷,上面是沙子的养生袋,加热养生袋敷于患部,还可以将上述原料混合后制成布袋,加热布袋敷于患部。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件或按照制造厂商所建议的条件。除非另外说明,否则所有的百分数、比率、比例或份数按重量计。
除非另行定义,文中所使用的所有专业与科学用语与本领域熟练人员所熟悉的意义相同。此外,任何与所记载内容相似或均等的方法及材料皆可应用于本发明方法中。文中所述的较佳实施方法与材料仅作示范之用。
实施例1:
取沙子50份,磁石30份,陶瓷粒10份,电气石20份,混合均匀即得。
实施例2:
取沙子10份,磁石40份,陶瓷粒20份,电气石10份,竹炭20份,混合均匀即得。
实施例3:
取沙子70份,磁石10份,陶瓷粒40份,电气石50份,麦饭石10份,混合均匀即得。
实施例4:
取沙子30份,磁石20份,陶瓷粒30份,电气石30份,玉石10份,混合均匀即得。
实施例5:
取沙子90份,磁石50份,陶瓷粒10份,电气石10份,竹炭10份,麦饭石10份,混合均匀即得。
实施例6:
取沙子40份,磁石20份,陶瓷粒30份,电气石30份,麦饭石20份,玉石15份,混合均匀即得。
实施例7:
取沙子50份,磁石40份,陶瓷粒20份,电气石10份,竹炭50份,玉石25份,混合均匀即得。
实施例8:
取沙子60份,磁石30份,陶瓷粒10份,电气石40份,竹炭10份,麦饭石30份,玉石20份,混合均匀即得。
试验例一:小鼠伤口愈合实验
热敷疗法具有扩张血管、改善局部血液循环、加速血流、促进局部代谢的作用,有益于疾病的恢复,因而采用小鼠伤口愈合实验对本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物的扩张血管、改善局部血液循环、加速血流、促进局部代谢的效果进行评价。
将体重为18~22g的雄性昆明种小鼠60只随机分为6组,各组10只,即空白对照组,普通热敷组,实施例1组,实施例5组,实施例6组,实施例8组,用5%水合氯醛(250mg/kg)进行腹腔麻醉。预先一天用剃毛器及脱毛膏脱去小鼠背部毛发。小鼠背部用酒精棉球消毒三遍后,采用打孔器(直径4mm)在小鼠背部正中打孔钻取全层皮肤。将准备好的圆环夹板用胶水粘贴至小鼠皮肤打孔处,使夹板内环正好与皮肤伤口吻合。打孔后,周围皮肤发生牵拉,使伤口直径略大于4mm,采用间断缝合将硅胶圆环缝合固定在皮肤上。用敷贴将普通热敷组,实施例1组,实施例5组,实施例6组和实施例8组小鼠的伤口表面贴住,并用弹力绷带进行覆盖固定,每天3次,每次15min,其中普通热敷组使用热可贴,实施例1组,实施例5组,实施例6组和实施例8组分别使用实施例1,实施例5,实施例6和实施例8制备的火沙理疗外用组合物用布袋装好后加热进行敷贴,空白对照组不进行敷贴处理。每日观察小鼠的存活率以及活动、饮食、饮水状况,于1天、4天、7天、10天、14天进行伤口直径的测量及伤口照相,使用ImageJ软件测量伤口面积,重复3次取平均值。按下列公式计算:伤口愈合率=(1-伤口测量面积/伤口原始面积)×100%。结果如表1所示。

结果显示,本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物治疗小鼠的伤口愈合率明显优于普通热敷组,说明本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物扩张血管、改善局部血液循环、加速血流、促进局部代谢的效果显著,可以制备养生保健品以及治疗相关疾病。
试验例二:慢性胃溃疡治疗实验
将体重180-220g的雌性SD大鼠禁食不禁水24小时,乙醚麻醉后实施剖腹手术,消毒腹部,于剑突下切开腹腔,将胃轻拉出腹腔外,用微量注射器于胃幽门处浆膜下注射2030μl的30%冰醋酸,缝合切口,术后正常喂食和水。第二天将手术后状态良好的大鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,即空白对照组,阳性对照组,实施例1组,实施例5组,实施例6组,实施例8组。阳性对照组采用胃康灵按8mg/kg的量进行灌胃,每天3次,实施例1组,实施例5组,实施例6组和实施例8组分别使用实施例1,实施例5,实施例6和实施例8制备的火沙理疗外用组合物用布袋装好后加热敷贴于大鼠的腹部,每天3次,每次15min,空白对照组灌胃蒸馏水,连续14天。禁食24小时后处死,取出整个胃浸泡于10%的甲醛内,浸泡20分钟后沿胃大弯剪开,洗净内容物,取腺胃区展开平铺于玻璃板上,用纸吸干溃疡内的水分,测量其面积。测量面积的方法为:于带标尺的解剖显微镜下计数溃疡所占的方格数,换算成面积。结果如表2所示。

结果显示,本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物连续使用14天,其使得胃溃疡面积的得到了显著的减少,效果优于常用的胃康灵,说明其治疗慢性胃溃疡效果显著。
试验例三:小鼠足跖急性炎症治疗实验
将60只体重18-22g的雄性昆明小鼠随机分成6组,每组10只,即空白对照组,阳性对照组,实施例1组,实施例5组,实施例6组和实施例8组。阳性对照组小鼠每天按0.1ml/10g体重进行吲哚美辛灌胃给药,每天1次,空白对照组进行蒸馏水灌胃,实施例1组,实施例5组,实施例6组和实施例8组分别使用实施例1,实施例5,实施例6和实施例8制备的火沙理疗外用组合物用布袋装好后加热敷贴于大鼠的腹部,每天3次,每次15min,连续给药7天,并将每只小鼠每天称重一次。末次给药1小时后,于小鼠右后足跖中部皮下注射1%角叉菜胶0.1ml致炎,用排水法测量致炎前及致炎后每隔1小时足跖肿胀值,然后计算肿胀率,结果如表3所示。

结果显示,本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物连续使用7天,虽然起效较阳性对照组慢,但是产生了显著的炎症治疗效果。
试验例四:大鼠实验性痛经治疗实验
取雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分成6组,每组10只,即空白对照组,阳性对照组,实施例1组,实施例5组,实施例6组和实施例8组。首先各组大鼠股部皮下注射己烯雌酚注射液10d,每日1次,第1天0.8mg/只,第2天~第9天0.4mg/只,第10天0.8mg/只,从皮下注射己烯雌酚第9天开始,阳性对照组小鼠每天按0.2g/kg体重进行阿司匹林灌胃给药,每天1次,空白对照组进行蒸馏水灌胃,实施例1组,实施例5组,实施例6组和实施例87组分别使用实施例1,实施例5,实施例6和实施例8制备的火沙理疗外用组合物用布袋装好后加热敷贴于大鼠的腹部,每天3次,每次15min,连续给药7天,于末次注射己烯雌酚24h,给药45min后,腹腔注射催产素2u/只,观察记录给催产素30min内大鼠扭体反应发生的次数,用t检验法计算各组间差异的显著性,结果如表4所示。

结果显示,本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物连续使用7天,能够明显减少由缩宫素引起的大鼠扭体次数,与空白对照组比较具有显著性差异,说明本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物具有明显的镇痛作用,同时对缩宫素所致活动的增强均有显著抑制作用,为本发明的火沙理疗外用组合物临床用于治疗痛经和月经不调提供了实验依据。

Claims (10)
1.一种火沙理疗外用组合物,其特征在于:主要包括沙子、磁石、陶瓷粒和电气石。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火沙理疗外用组合物,其特征在于:还包括竹炭、麦饭石和压石中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的火沙理疗外用组合物,其特征在于:各组分均为颗粒状。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的火沙理疗外用组合物,其特征在于:所述原料的重量配比为:沙子1-100份,磁石1-50份,陶瓷粒1-50份,电气石1-50份。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的火沙理疗外用组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:其操作步骤为:将各组分混合均匀即得,或者将各组分混合均匀后装进布袋即得。
6.权利要求1-4任一项所述的火沙理疗外用组合物在制备养生保健品中的应用。
7.权利要求1-4任一项所述的火沙理疗外用组合物在制备治疗风湿骨病药物中的应用。
8.权利要求1-4任一项所述的火沙理疗外用组合物在制备治疗胃病药物中的应用。
9.权利要求1-4任一项所述的火沙理疗外用组合物在制备治疗胃溃疡药物中的应用。
10.权利要求1-4任一项所述的火沙理疗外用组合物在制备治疗妇科病或痛经药物中的应用。
