Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗痛经的泡脚液，属保健品领域。所述泡脚液的原料为：当归5—10份、肉桂6—12份、吴茱萸6—12份、细辛3—8份、木香5—15份、香附6—10份、丹参8—14份。本泡脚液通过湿热的药液泡脚，有助于药性生发，具有补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便，祛风散寒，温经止痛，行气活血，清热祛瘀，行气定痛的功效，能有效地治疗女性痛经的症状。

本发明涉及保健品领域，特别涉及一种治疗痛经的泡脚液。
背景技术
目前，痛经是为最常见的妇科症状之一，痛经的人常常伴有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、头晕、乏力等症状，严重时面色发白、出冷汗，然而去医院进行妇科检查却无异常发现。近年来，人们在生病时食用中成药已成为习性，然而食用药品过多对人体是有伤害的，会诱发身体的一些慢性病，而泡脚治疗是一种外用的实用治疗，足底几乎囊括了影响人体各个器官的穴位，通过对泡脚水的改造，添加有益中药，不但缓解神经有助安眠，更能起到治疗痛经的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种治疗痛经的泡脚液配方，该泡脚液的配方可以补血活血，调经止痛，有效治疗女性的痛经症状。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种治疗伤寒感冒鼻塞的泡脚液，由以下重量配比的原料制成：当归5—10份、肉桂6—12份、吴茱萸6—12份、细辛3—8份、木香5—15份、香附6—10份、丹参8—14份。
作为优选方案，一种治疗痛经的泡脚液，按重量份配比的原料组成：当归6份、肉桂10份、吴茱萸10份、细辛5份、木香8份、香附7份、丹参9份。

所述泡脚液的制作步骤如下所述：
首先将各组分原料分别经过筛选除去杂质，并清洗干净，并将当归、肉桂、吴茱萸选出作为第一原料组，加水文火煎煮20~30分钟；
其次，在第一原料组中加入细辛、丹参煎煮10分钟后，使用纱布对药液过滤，得到第一原液；
再次，取除木香、香附作为第二组原料，加水文火煎煮10~20分钟后，使用纱布对药液过滤，得到第二原液；
最后，将第一原液与第二原液混合均匀作为混合原液，泡脚液制作完成，待混合溶液冷却至大约40℃时使用
本发明的有益效果在于：1、当归具有补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便的作用。2、龟肉具有散寒止痛，活血通经的功效。3、吴茱萸有温中、止痛、理气、燥湿的功效。4、细辛具有解热、镇静、镇痛的的功效。5、木香具有行气止痛、健脾消食的疗效。6、香附能疏肝解郁、理气宽中、调经止痛，用于乳房胀痛、脾胃气滞、胀满疼痛、月经不调、经闭痛经。7、丹参具有祛瘀止痛、活血通经、清心除烦之功效。与现有技术相比，本泡脚液能减少服用药物对人体的伤害，通过泡脚更好的促进药材吸收，制作方法简单，该配方制成的泡脚液具有补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便，祛风散寒，温经止痛，行气活血，清热祛瘀，行气定痛的功效，能有效地治疗女性痛经的症状。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗痛经的泡脚液，按重量份配比的原料组成：当归6份、肉桂10份、吴茱萸10份、细辛5份、木香8份、香附7份、丹参9份。
首先，将各组分原料分别经过筛选除去杂质，并清洗干净，并将当归、肉桂、吴茱萸选出作为第一原料组，加水文火煎煮20~30分钟；
其次，在第一原料组中加入细辛、丹参煎煮10分钟后，使用纱布对药液过滤，得到第一原液；
