本实用新型涉及一种气体绝缘金属封闭式中压电气开关设备。
背景技术
目前，在国内中压气体绝缘金属封闭式开关设备中，密封气箱的内外压差大约为0.03MPa～0.06MPa，属于低压力气箱，开关设备在气箱内装配连线后普遍采用铝合金板16～25mm厚作静密封用，铝合金静密封板一是材料成本高；二是加工成本高(必须在加工中心上加工)，成本在3800元/件，每台开关设备一般用二～三件。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种低压容器密封板，结构好，便于加工，制造成本低。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种低压容器密封板，板体厚2-4mm，板体四周分布有安装孔，安装孔内侧沿周向设置有凹槽，凹槽内安装有密封橡胶条，板体中心安装有泄压装置。
进一步的，所述泄压装置周边有加强筋。
所述板体为不锈钢材质。
本实用新型结构好，板体可一次冲压成型，便于加工，可大幅度降低制造成本，约为400元/件。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本实用新型低压容器密封板，板体1厚2-4mm，板体1四周分布有安装孔2，安装孔2内侧沿周向设置有凹槽3，凹槽3沿周向闭合，凹槽3内安装有密封橡胶条6，密封板安装在低压容器上后有很好的密封性，适于内外压差约为0.03MPa～0.06MPa的低压力气箱使用，板体1中心安装有泄压装置5。
进一步的，泄压装置5周边有加强筋4，加强筋4以泄压装置5为中心均匀分布。
优选的，板体1为不锈钢材料制备，不锈钢具有良好的延伸率，可一次冲压成型。

1.一种低压容器密封板，其特征在于：板体(1)厚2-4mm，板体(1)四周分布有安装孔(2)，安装孔(2)内侧沿周向设置有凹槽(3)，凹槽(3)内安装有密封橡胶条(6)，板体(1)中心安装有泄压装置(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低压容器密封板，其特征在于：所述泄压装置(5)周边有加强筋(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低压容器密封板，其特征在于：所述板体(1)为不锈钢材质。
