Description

电解铝废料加工焦炭的电热干馏装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电解铝废料加工焦炭的电热干馏装置,属于电解铝废料回收利用技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,由于我国中部、东部的工业平均用电价格逐年攀升,而西部水、煤资源丰富,工业用电价格相对平稳,因此在“十二五”中国电解铝产业将进一步向西部地区转移,预计到“十二五”末中国电解铝产量将达到在3000万吨,其中新疆、青海、宁夏、内蒙古、贵州和云南六省区的电解铝产能将占全国总产量的60%以上,即达到1800万吨,保守估计电解铝废渣产量在125万吨/年,以现有废渣处理技术不仅会造成严重的二次污染,而且也是对资源的巨大浪费。申请人在2010年分别申请了电解铝废料分离提纯方法(专利号201010168303.6)以及电解铝废料磁选方法(专利号201010168403.9),对电解铝废料的回收再利用进行了初步的试验和探索,并在现有技术的基础上,继续研究电解铝废料所得碳素材料(碳粉)的二次加工。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种电解铝废料加工焦炭的电热干馏装置。将电解铝废料——火眼碳渣和高含碳大修废渣,进行分离提纯后,提高其含碳量,制备成能够替代二级冶金焦炭的燃料。
本实用新型的技术方案。电解铝废料加工焦炭的电热干馏装置,构造包括底座,在底座上设有保温罩体,在底座内设有加热用的电热丝以及测温用的热电偶,在保温罩体顶部设有连接淋洗系统的管道。
所述底座设有凹槽,电热丝安装在凹槽内,在电热丝上铺设沙层。
针对电解铝废料中分离提纯的碳粉,本实用新型提供了一套将其深加工为焦炭的方案,同时,优化设计生产工艺,尽量利用生产过程的热量,降低运行成本。经检验,本实用新型得到的焦炭,灰分<13.5%,固定碳>85%,硫<3%,挥发<1.5%,抗碎强度M25>89.0%,除硫超标以外,其他全部达到并部分超过二级冶金焦的标准。由于本项目产品面向与Cu、Ni等有色冶炼,我国选冶铜矿物原料主要是黄铜矿、辉铜矿、斑铜矿、孔雀石等,大部分是以铜的硫化物形态存在;我国镍矿类型主要为硫化铜镍矿和红土镍矿(为硫化镍矿岩体风化-淋滤-沉积形成),因此项目产品中的硫并不会对冶炼造成影响。而且,现有的焦炭生产工艺中,原料碳粉、沥青、焦油需要在捏合设备中加热至100°左右,才进行捏合,加热会提高成本,还需要延长生产时间。本实用新型还利用焦炭干馏后高达700多度的温度对捏合原料进行干燥和余热,合理的回收了热能,降低了能源的消耗和生产成本,更加环保。本实用新型公开了一套资源化利用电解铝含氟高含碳固体废弃物的新工艺和新技术,将电解铝废料得到的碳素材料进行深加工,进一步提高其附加值,同现有技术相比,具有适用面广,处理处置量大,技术先进,处理成本低,利于产业化实施的特点。同时,本项目针对的目标市场明确,市场竞争优势明显。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例。如图1所示,电热干馏装置,制作底座1,在底座1上设置保温罩体2,保温罩体2应该密封,在底座1内安装加热用的电热丝3以及测温用的热电偶4,实现加热温度的控制,在保温罩体2顶部安装连接淋洗系统的管道5。所述底座1制作出凹槽6,电热丝3安装在凹槽6内,在电热丝3上铺设沙层7,避免焦油、沥青在干馏过程中从焦炭中渗出,流到电热丝3上,将电热丝3凝固住,影响加热效果,铺设沙层7后,只需要定期清理沙层7即可。
本实用新型的电解铝废料加工焦炭的方法如下,采用电解铝废料磁选方法的工艺,将电解铝废料经过磁选、浮选工艺后,得到碳素材料,然后将碳素材料干燥、预热至100-120℃,加入沥青和焦油,通过捏合设备混合后进入液压成型设备压制成型,成型的原料再进入电热干馏装置固化。在本工艺中,捏合设备、液压成型设备均采用现有市场的成品。
磁选方法如下:将电解铝废料通过湿式破碎,通过浮选系统后,在磁选设备中,第一次除去铁和硅,分离得到碳粉和其余原料,第一次浮选后的碳粉进行碱式溶出,利用二氧化碳碳化析出冰晶石,由于氟化物载体被破坏,析出后的碳粉重复浮选步骤,能够再次消除碳粉中的铁和硅,得到高纯碳粉,即本实用新型中的碳素材料。
按重量计,所述碳素材料、沥青和焦油的混合比例为碳素材料91-94份、沥青3-5份和焦油3-4份,其中,沥青作为粘结剂,焦油作为浸润剂。由于本实用新型采用的碳素材料由电解铝废料分离得到,碳含量高,而且还含有氟化盐,氟化盐在制备焦炭过程中能够填充碳粉之间的间隙,降低了粘结剂沥青的使用量,沥青的用量仅有5%左右,远低于现有碳粉制作焦炭需要加入10%左右沥青的用量,进一步降低了成本。
为了提高焦炭产品的品质,并兼顾节能、提高燃值需要,在大量试验的基础上,申请人总结出了一套分阶段控温的工艺方案,原料在电热干馏装置中固化过程如下,
第一阶段,电热干馏装置内温度提高至180-200℃,保持0.5-1小时,促使粘结剂进一步浸润骨料;
第二阶段,电热干馏装置内温度从180-200℃逐步提高到430-470℃,然后保持0.8-1.5小时;
第三阶段,电热干馏装置内温度从430-470℃提高到580-620℃,保持1-2小时;
第四阶段,电热干馏装置内温度从580-620℃提高到700-740℃,保持1-2小时,形成焦炭。
电热干馏装置干馏过程的产生的挥发份和烟气由管道送至淋洗系统,通过淋洗系统回收。淋洗系统采用现有技术。

1.一种电解铝废料加工焦炭的电热干馏装置,构造包括底座(1),其特征在于:在底座(1)上设有保温罩体(2),在底座(1)内设有加热用的电热丝(3)以及测温用的热电偶(4),在保温罩体(2)顶部设有连接淋洗系统的管道(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电解铝废料加工焦炭的电热干馏装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)设有凹槽(6),电热丝(3)安装在凹槽(6)内,在电热丝(3)上铺设沙层(7)。
