本实用新型公开了一种灌溉管挤出机,它包括无压导热油锅炉,高压蒸汽缸交换器,气动马达,挤出机,无压导热油锅炉的出油口与加热套管通过管路连接,并且加热套管的回油管路与无压导热油锅炉的回油口通过管路连接,同时无压导热油锅炉的出油口与高压蒸汽缸交换器的进油口通过管路连接,高压蒸汽缸交换器上设有出气口和进水管,出气口与气动马达的进气口连接,进水管与气动马达的出水口连接,气动马达的传动轴与挤出机的螺旋推进器连接,在挤出机的出口处设有冷水套。在所述挤出机的出口处设有打孔器。本实用新型结构合理,方便使用者在多种加工实施环境内使用,并且方便移动和搬运。

本实用新型涉及塑料管挤出加工设备,特别是一种灌溉管挤出机。
背景技术:
现在的塑料管挤出设备,一般都是采用电力装置,将颗粒塑料加工成塑料管,但是在很多情况,由于生产或施工的需要,生产环境在野外,或者较为简陋,并且需要对塑料管的及时加工并使用,这样就存在着在使用电力并不方便的地方,会影响塑料管的加工,给塑料管的及时使用带来较大的不便。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种使用方便,可以移动的灌溉管挤出机。本实用新型的技术方案是,一种灌溉管挤出机,它包括无压导热油锅炉,高压蒸汽缸交换器,气动马达,挤出机,其特征在于:无压导热油锅炉的出油口与加热套管通过管路连接,并且加热套管的回油管路与无压导热油锅炉的回油口通过管路连接,同时无压导热油锅炉的出油口与高压蒸汽缸交换器的进油口通过管路连接,高压蒸汽缸交换器上设有出气口和进水管,出气口与气动马达的进气口连接,进水管与气动马达的出水口连接,气动马达的传动轴与挤出机的螺旋推进器连接,在挤出机的出口处设有冷水套。在所述挤出机的出口处设有打孔器。本实用新型结构合理,方便使用者在多种加工实施环境内使用,并且方便移动和搬运。

结合附图详细描述实施例,一种灌溉管挤出机,它包括无压导热油锅炉7,高压蒸汽缸交换器6,气动马达4,挤出机3,无压导热油锅炉的出油口与加热套1管通过管路5连接,并且加热套管的回油管路与无压导热油锅炉的回油口通过管路连接,同时无压导热油锅炉的出油口与高压蒸汽缸交换器的进油口通过管路连接,高压蒸汽缸交换器上设有出气口和进水管,出气口与气动马达的进气口连接,进水管与气动马达的出水口连接,气动马达的传动轴与挤出机的螺旋推进器2连接,在挤出机的出口处设有冷水套9;本实施例在所述挤出机的出口处还设有打孔器8。本实用新型结构合理,使用方便,可以灵活的搬运和移动,不受使用空间的限制。

1.一种灌溉管挤出机,它包括无压导热油锅炉,高压蒸汽缸交换器,气动马达,挤出机,其特征在于:无压导热油锅炉的出油口与加热套管通过管路连接,并且加热套管的回油管路与无压导热油锅炉的回油口通过管路连接,同时无压导热油锅炉的出油口与高压蒸汽缸交换器的进油口通过管路连接,高压蒸汽缸交换器上设有出气口和进水管,出气口与气动马达的进气口连接,进水管与气动马达的出水口连接,气动马达的传动轴与挤出机的螺旋推进器连接,在挤出机的出口处设有冷水套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灌溉管挤出机,其特征在于:在所述挤出机的出口处设有打孔器。
