目前，复合材料膜的生产过程中，为了保持设备的正常运行，需要 使用大量的润滑液，长时间运行后，润滑液的温度就会升高，润滑液就会变稠，润滑能力降低，从而影响复合材料膜的正常生产，给复合材料膜生产企业带来较大的经济损失，现有技术的润滑液冷却一般采用两种方式，一是自然冷却，二是冷却设备冷却，采用自然冷却，冷却效果差，影响正常的复合材料膜生产，采用冷却设备冷却，设备结构复杂，企业一次性投入大，不适合中小企业采用。
