在磷化工、钛白、化肥、精细化工、三废治理等行业,大量使用石墨制换热设备,而其设备普遍存在换热效果不理想、设备易堵易损、检修清洗不方便等缺陷。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,传热效果理想的浸渍石墨管列管式石墨换热器。

一种浸渍石墨管列管式石墨换热器,其特征是:包括钢制壳体,钢制壳体上设置换热流体进、出口,钢制壳体的上下端分别设置上、下管板,上管板的上方设置上封头,下管板的下方设置下封头,上、下管板之间设置浸渍石墨管换热单元,在上封头、下封头上分别设置石墨接管。
本实用新型结构合理,传热效果好,物料不易堵塞,不会因堵料造成换热效果的降低,传热效率是普通换热设备的2~3倍。上下封头可根据工艺需要设计,可制成大型换热面积达1000多平方米的换热设备,方便用户产量提高。
