本实用新型公开了一种换热器的翅片结构,翅片本体的两端设有翻边,翻边被冲压叠合,翻边的宽度为0.3-3mm。在铝质薄片边缘设有翻边被冲压叠合,然后弯折构成散热翅片,这样可以大大提高散热翅片的结构强度,尤其是翅片端部的结构强度,保证钎焊效果,改进后本实用新型的散热翅片可以采用较薄(0.05-0.07mm)的铝质薄片生产制作,达到降低成本的目的。

本实用新型属于换热器技术领域,具体是涉及一种换热器的翅片结构。
背景技术
换热器的扁管之间钎焊有散热翅片,散热翅片由铝质薄片弯折构成,现有制作散热翅片的铝质薄片多是采用(0.08-0.12)mm厚度的(甚至更厚的铝质薄片),可以保证结构上的强度。为了节约成本,也有人采用较薄的铝质薄片制作散热翅片,但结构强度不够,在钎焊时容易造成翅片变形,尤其在翅片的端部变形较大,造成脱焊,严重影响散热效果。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种换热器的翅片结构,包括翅片本体,所述翅片本体的两端设有翻边,翻边被冲压叠合,翻边的宽度为0.3-3mm。在铝质薄片边缘设有翻边被冲压叠合,然后弯折构成散热翅片,这样可以大大提高散热翅片的结构强度,尤其是翅片端部的结构强度,保证钎焊效果,改进后本实用新型的散热翅片可以采用较薄(0.05-0.07mm)的铝质薄片生产制作,达到降低成本的目的。本实用新型具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

实施例:参看图1,本实用新型翅片本体1的两端设有翻边2,翻边被冲压叠合,翻边的宽度为0.3-3mm。在铝质薄片边缘设有翻边被冲压叠合,然后弯折构成散热翅片,这样可以大大提高散热翅片的结构强度,尤其是翅片端部的结构强度,保证钎焊效果,改进后本实用新型的散热翅片可以采用较薄(0.05-0.07mm)的铝质薄片生产制作,达到降低成本的目的。
