背景技术
目前,冷凝器是比较常用的空调制冷系统部件,现有的冷凝器主要包括冷凝管和翅片,翅片主要起着散热作用。现有翅片通过往复折叠形成鳍片,鳍片呈多个V形相连接的形状,这样的散热翅片在V形开口处散热效果较好,但在V形开口相反一侧散热效果相对较差,导致散热不均匀,影响效果。

本实用新型的目的旨在克服现有制冷器翅片存在散热不均匀、效果不理想的缺陷,提供一种散热均匀,散热效果好的新型冷凝器翅片。
为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种新型冷凝器翅片,其特征是,所述的翅片为均匀螺旋的盘绕于冷凝管外壁,使冷凝管外圈四周散热均匀;翅片与冷凝管外壁接触的边缘为波浪形状,增大冷凝管与翅片的接触面,提高了冷凝器的机械强度以及散热效果。
使用本实用新型可以达到以下有益效果:通过将散热翅片设计成螺旋状的盘绕于冷凝管外壁上,使冷凝管外圈四周散热均匀;将翅片与冷凝管外壁接触的边缘设为波浪形状,增大冷凝管与翅片的接触面,提高了冷凝器的机械强度以及散热效果。
