本实用新型公开一种新型制粒沸腾干燥床，包括鼓风机、加热器、卸料车、料斗、加热筒身、出风管、支撑架、气压计、胶管、观察孔，加热筒身固定在支撑架上，加热筒身设置有气压计和观察孔，上部设计有出风管，卸料车和料斗连为一体，可以拉动，料斗底部有筛网，底部与加热器的送气管相对接，上部可与加热筒身对接，与卸料车连为一体，胶管连接在加热筒身上，另一端连接粘合剂储料罐，用以喷洒粘合剂。本实用新型采用新结构设计，在加热筒身添加了一个喷粘合剂的喷口，通过粘合剂的均匀，可以使造出的颗粒大小更均匀，产品的色泽更均匀，产品的外观更光滑。

本实用新型涉及一种药片制备设备，具体地说是一种新型制粒沸腾干燥床。
背景技术
制粒沸腾干燥床在许多领域，例如制药、化工食品等行业。但是目前较多的制粒沸腾床都是只有单独干燥的功能。专利：一种沸腾干燥床（201120003413.7）公布一种沸腾干燥床，在其底板处倾斜安装干燥箱内，改善物料的流畅性，使得颗粒沸腾好、流动性强和干燥效果，产量提高30%。但是此种沸腾床只能用于沸腾中药颗粒和其他的粉状、颗粒状物料的除湿和干燥。在应用上还是有其局限性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是开发一种新制粒沸腾干燥床，解决上述问题。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案如下:一种新型制粒沸腾干燥床，包括鼓风机、加热器、卸料车、料斗、加热筒身、出风管、支撑架、气压计、胶管、观察孔。
所述加热筒身固定在支撑架上，加热筒身设置有气压计和观察孔，上部设计有出风管。
所述卸料车和料斗连为一体，可以拉动。
所述料斗底部有筛网，底部与加热器的送气管相对接，上部可与加热筒身对接，与卸料车连为一体。
所述胶管连接在加热筒身上，另一端连接粘合剂储料罐，用以喷洒粘合剂。
所述加热器连接着鼓风机。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型采用新结构设计，在加热筒身添加了一个喷粘合剂的喷口，通过粘合剂的均匀，可以使造出的颗粒更均匀，产品的色泽更均匀，产品的外观更光滑。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图，对本实用新型予以进一步地详尽阐述。
将物料放入料斗（4）中，推动卸料车（3）将料斗（4）推入支撑架（7）下面，将料斗（4）的上部与加热筒身（5）连接，下部与加热器（2）的输气管相连接。鼓风机（1）将空气通过管道输送到加热器（2），加热器（2）对空气进行加热。热空气被鼓风机（1）压入料斗（4）和加热筒身（5），对物料进行干燥。同时粘合剂通过胶管（9）被喷入加热筒身（5）和料斗（4）中。
通过热空气对物料进行鼓动，使得物料在筛网在沸腾震动，同是物料进行干燥。在干燥过程中，通过粘合剂的喷洒，使得物料粘合成的颗粒更均匀，色泽更均匀，外观更光滑。

1.一种新型制粒沸腾干燥床，包括鼓风机、加热器、卸料车、料斗、加热筒身、出风管、支撑架、气压计、胶管、观察孔，其特征在于：卸料车和料斗连为一体，加热筒身上设置有喷洒粘合剂的胶管。
