Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种医用气门芯,包括气门芯壳体和阀芯,阀芯安装在壳体的内部;所述壳体为一体成型的空心柱状结构,壳体的外表面设有一环形凸起壳体内壁中央位置设有密封环;所述阀芯为由弹性材料制成并且一体成型的柱状结构,阀芯外表面设有与壳体密封环配合的密封圈,所述密封圈与所述阀芯一体成型。本实用新型的医用气门芯广泛应用于气垫面罩、气管插管、喉罩等医用领域,具有结构简单,装配方便,生产成本低等优点。同时,由于没有金属构件,可方便的应用于核磁共振检查而不会产生干扰。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气门芯,尤其涉及一种用于医学目的和手术实践中的医用气门芯。
背景技术
目前普遍应用的医用气门芯,通常由壳体、阀芯、密封圈、弹簧构成,其中壳体为空心结构,阀芯由刚性或者弹性很小的材料制成,安装在壳体内部并且与壳体间隙配合,密封圈和弹簧套装在阀芯的外面,壳体的内部。使用时,注气装置与气门芯的进气口气密连接并向内推动阀芯,压缩弹簧,使密封圈离开进气口,气体就可以通过密封圈与壳体之间的间隙流入;注气完毕后,拔出注气装置,弹簧推动阀芯向外运动,将密封圈退会至原位,重新堵住阀芯与壳体之间的间隙,达到密封的效果。
这种医用气门芯的缺点在于:其一,由于存在弹簧这一金属构件,在进行核磁共振检查时,容易产生干扰;其二,其组件较多,装配复杂,生产成本相对较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,没有金属构件,应用更加广泛的医用气门芯。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:
一种医用气门芯,包括壳体和阀芯,所述阀芯安装在壳体的内部,其特征在于:
(a)所述壳体为一体成型的空心柱状结构,壳体的外表面设有一环形凸起, 所述壳体位于环形凸起右侧的部分为壳体进气端,所述壳体位于环形凸起左侧的部分为壳体出气端,所述壳体内壁由于壳体进气端和壳体出气端的之间设有一个密封环,所述壳体出气端的尾部设有阀芯固定结构;
(b)所述阀芯为弹性材料制成并且一体成型的柱状结构,阀芯外表面设有与壳体密封环配合的密封圈,阀芯位于密封圈右侧的部分为阀芯进气端,阀芯位于密封圈左侧的部分为阀芯出气端;阀芯进气端通过壳体出气端穿越密封环进入壳体进气端内,阀芯密封圈与壳体密封环气密配合,阀芯出气端由壳体出气端的阀芯固定结构压缩固定。
所述的阀芯由弹性硅胶材料制成。
所述密封圈的右侧表面为锥形面,所述密封环的左侧面为与密封圈的锥形面相配合的锥形面。
所述阀芯进气端为实心柱状结构,其右侧端面设有凹槽。
所述阀芯进气端设有最少两条进气端加强肋,所述进气端加强肋平行于所述阀芯的轴线设置。
所述进气端加强肋数目为六条,所述进气端加强肋沿所述阀芯进气端外表面均匀分布。
所述阀芯出气端为空心柱状结构。
所述阀芯出气端的外表面设有最少两条出气端加强肋,所述出气端加强肋平行于所述阀芯的轴线设置。
所述出气端加强肋的数目为三条,所述出气端加强肋沿所述阀芯出气端外表面均匀分布。
所述阀芯定位结构为设置在所述壳体出气端尾部并且向内弯折的挡片和定 位片,所述挡片和定位片沿所述壳体端面任一直径对称设置,所述挡片由定位片卡住。
使用时注气装置的气嘴与壳体进气端气密连接,向出气端推动阀芯,阀芯出气端被挡片挡住而不能继续向左运动,阀芯发生弹性变形,其密封圈离开壳体内由于内径差而形成的密封环,与壳体内壁之间出现空隙,使得气体可以通过;注气完毕后,拔出注气装置的气嘴,阀芯在其自身弹力作用下形状复原,密封圈的圆锥面在阀芯自身的弹力作用下与壳体内的台阶紧密接触,形成气密状态,可以防止漏气。
由于采用了上述结构,本实用新型的医用气门芯可以同原有医用气门芯一样的使气体通过和密封的作用;除此以外,本实用新型的医用气门芯仅由两个构件构成,这两个构件均可以采用一体成型的方法制作,结构简单,制作方便,大批量制作的时候可以有效节约成本;本实用新型的医用气门芯的全部两个构件均可以采用塑胶件构成,整个气门芯不包括任何金属构件,因此可以应用于需要做核磁共振等检查的病人的气垫面罩、气管插件、喉罩等装置解决了使用上述装置的病人做检查的难题,避免了不必要的干扰,使检查结果更加精准,应用更加广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图10所示的医用气门芯,包括壳体1和阀芯2,阀芯2安装在壳体1的内部。其中,壳体1为一体成型的空心柱状结构,壳体1的外表面设有一环形凸起13,壳体1位于环形凸起13右侧的部分为壳体进气端11,壳体1位于环形凸起13左侧的部分为壳体出气端12,壳体进气端11的内径小于壳体出气端12的内径,壳体1的内壁由于壳体进气端11和壳体出气端12的内径差形成一个密封环14,密封环14的左侧面为锥形面;壳体出气端12的尾部设有向内弯折的挡片26和定位片27,挡片26和定位片27沿壳体1端面任一直径对称设置,挡片26由定位片27卡住;
阀芯2为由弹性硅胶材料制成并且一体成型的柱状结构,阀芯2外表面设有一右侧表面为锥形面251的密封圈25,锥形面251可以与密封环14的锥形面相配合密封圈25与阀芯2一体成型,并且密封圈25的直径大于壳体进气端11的内径。阀芯2位于密封圈25右侧的部分为呈实心柱状结构的阀芯进气端21,阀芯进气端21的右端面设有凹槽24,阀芯进气端21与壳体进气端11间隙配合;阀芯2位于密封圈25左侧的部分为呈空心柱状结构的阀芯出气端22,阀芯出气端22与壳体出气端12间隙配合。
阀芯进气端21的外表面均匀分布有六条进气端加强肋23,进气端加强肋23平行于阀芯2的轴线设置。
阀芯出气端22的外表面均匀分布有三条出气端加强肋28,出气端加强肋28平行于阀芯的轴线设置。
使用时注气装置的气嘴与壳体进气端气密连接,向出气端推动阀芯2,阀芯出气端22被挡片26挡住而不能继续向左运动,阀芯2发生弹性变形,其密封圈25离开壳体1内由于内径差而形成的密封环14,与壳体1内壁之间出现空隙,使得气体可以通过;注气完毕后,拔出注气装置的气嘴,阀芯2在其自身弹力作用下形状复原,密封圈25的圆锥面251在阀芯自身的弹力作用下与壳体内的台阶紧密接触,形成气密状态,可以防止漏气。
本具体实施例中的加强肋可以起到在留有足有气体通过空间的同时对阀芯2起到加固和稳定阀芯2的运动方向的作用,而阀芯进气端21端面上设计的凹槽24可以有效避免注气装置的气嘴被阀芯2堵塞,避免造成通气不畅的不良后果,而密封圈25右侧的圆锥面251,可以使得密封圈25在气门芯不工作的状态下与壳体1内部的密封环14良好接触,起到良好的气密效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种医用气门芯,包括气门芯壳体和阀芯,所述阀芯安装在壳体的内部,其特征在于:
(a)所述壳体为一体成型的空心柱状结构,壳体的外表面设有一环形凸起,壳体位于环形凸起右侧的部分为壳体进气端,壳体位于环形凸起左侧的部分为壳体出气端,壳体内壁在壳体进气端和壳体出气端的之间设有密封环,壳体出气端的尾部设有阀芯固定结构;
(b)所述阀芯为弹性材料制成并且一体成型的柱状结构,阀芯外表面设有与壳体密封环配合的密封圈,阀芯位于密封圈右侧的部分为阀芯进气端,阀芯位于密封圈左侧的部分为阀芯出气端;阀芯进气端通过壳体出气端穿越密封环进入壳体进气端内,阀芯密封圈与壳体密封环气密配合,阀芯出气端由壳体出气端的阀芯固定结构压缩固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用气门芯,其特征是所述的阀芯由弹性硅胶材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用气门芯,其特征是所述密封圈的右侧表面为锥形面,所述密封环的左侧面为与密封圈的锥形面相配合的锥形面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用气门芯,其特征是所述阀芯进气端为实心柱状结构,其右侧端面设有凹槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医用气门芯,其特征是所述阀芯进气端设有最少两条进气端加强肋,所述进气端加强肋平行于所述阀芯的轴线设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的医用气门芯,其特征是所述进气端加强肋数目为六条,所述进气端加强肋沿所述阀芯进气端外表面均匀分布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的医用气门芯,其特征是所述阀芯出气端为空心柱状结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的医用气门芯,其特征是所述阀芯出气端的外表面设有最少两条出气端加强肋,所述出气端加强肋平行于所述阀芯的轴线设置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的医用气门芯,其特征是所述出气端加强肋的数目为三条,所述出气端加强肋沿所述阀芯出气端外表面均匀分布。
10.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的医用气门芯,其特征是所述阀芯定位结构为设置在所述壳体出气端尾部并且向内弯折的挡片和定位片,所述挡片和定位片沿所述壳体端面任一直径对称设置,所述挡片由定位片卡住。
