Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种齿轮箱组件。 
背景技术
传统的风力涡轮机齿轮箱使用一个或多个行星齿轮组,以将转子提供的动力的转矩降低、转速上升。在高动力应用中使用行星齿轮组的一个缺点是行星齿轮和轴承必须承受相当大的负载。目前对这一问题的解决方案是增加齿轮组中行星轮的数量,但是这样会限制齿轮组能够实现的传动比。 
美国专利7090465(图1)提供了一种方法,其通过使用双侧齿轮架(或转向架)以将额外的行星轮加入系统。这样的优点是在允许实现更高的传动比的同时降低了行星齿轮和轴承上的负载。但是,该设计的缺点是,每对相对的行星齿轮47需要共用的销44。因此,齿轮架两侧的行星齿轮不能完全独立,并且一个行星齿轮上的负载会影响使用共用的销的齿轮,在销是柔性的应用情况下这一点是特别重要的。 
实用新型内容

根据一种优选的实施方式,每组行星齿轮定位在中央盘的相对侧,所述中央盘安装至所述行星齿轮架,或者与所述行星齿轮架一体。 
根据一种优选的实施方式,两组行星齿轮销、轴承和行星齿轮在周向上偏置大于零度的角度。 
根据一种优选的实施方式,所述销承载单个行星齿轮。

图3更具体地示出本实用新型的一种简单的实施方式,为了清楚,图3仅集中于行星齿轮架而未显示太阳齿轮或齿圈。动力经齿轮架7前方的接口输入至行星齿轮架6。两组行星齿轮、销和轴承3和4以偏置的方式经中央盘形齿轮架8安装至齿轮架6。 
行星齿轮架支承两组周向间隔的行星齿轮轴承、销和行星齿轮,轴承、销和行星齿轮能够相对于齿轮架支承盘沿角度方向自调节。 行星齿轮的转动轴线可以保持垂直于行星齿轮架的平面,或者与平面斜交。 
附图所示的实施方式集中于使用两组每组三个行星齿轮的情况。但是,在系统中可以使用任何数量的行星轮,该设计使得可以根据需要在齿轮架的两侧使用不同数量的行星轮。 

Claims (4)

1.一种齿轮箱组件,包括至少一个行星齿轮组,所述行星齿轮组包括一个或多个齿圈、一个或多个太阳齿轮、以及行星齿轮架,所述行星齿轮架支承两组周向隔开的行星齿轮轴承、销和行星齿轮,所述轴承、销和行星齿轮能够相对于齿轮架支承盘在角度方向上自调节,使得所述行星齿轮的转动轴线能够保持垂直于或者斜交于所述行星齿轮架的平面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮箱组件,其特征在于,每组行星齿轮定位在中央盘的相对侧,所述中央盘安装至所述行星齿轮架,或者与所述行星齿轮架一体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的齿轮箱组件,其特征在于,两组行星齿轮销、轴承和行星齿轮在周向上偏置大于零度的角度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮箱组件,其特征在于,所述销承载单个行星齿轮。
