本实用新型涉及楼承板技术领域,更具体地说涉及楼承板的支架。 
背景技术:
见图1、2所示,现有的楼承板支架由镀锌板101和腹杆钢筋102构成,它是使用0.5mm的镀锌板101压出3mm拱形的肋1011,然后通过高压电弧焊将腹杆钢筋102热融焊接固定在肋1011上,腹杆钢筋102稍大或者电弧焊的电流稍微不稳定,这样焊接出来的成品极易焊穿镀锌板101,在镀锌板101上形成孔洞,而楼承板作为室内的顶板,让人极易看到焊接后留下的焊穿孔洞痕迹,很不美观。同时,也破坏了楼承板支架的强度,易出现镀锌板与腹杆钢筋脱焊、镀锌板鼓包或局部挠度过大现象。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种无焊点楼承板,它增强了楼承板支架的强度,不会产生焊穿孔洞,产品外形更为平整、美观。 
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下: 
一种无焊点楼承板,包括板体和腹杆钢筋,肋由板体局部重叠为二层弯曲而成钩状,腹杆钢筋焊接固定在该肋上。 
所述肋成型为半圆形。 
所述肋的端部抵压在板体上。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于: 
1、本实用新型产品是由0.5mm的镀锌板在与腹杆焊接的肋处做了加强处理,这样腹杆钢筋与肋有效的焊接之后,还被外层的镀锌板将焊点包裹起来,所以底部平整,看不到焊点,外观质量得到了大大的提高。 
2、它在镀锌板的肋处得到了强度加强,提高了镀锌板的整体刚度,在混凝土浇捣过程中,不易出现脱焊现象,因而不会产生镀锌板鼓包或者局部挠度过大的现象。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图3、4所示,一种无焊点楼承板,所述板体1采用镀锌板,包括板体1和腹杆钢筋2,肋11由板体1局部重叠为二层弯曲而成钩状,腹杆钢筋2焊接固定在该肋11上。 
所述肋11成型为半圆形。 
所述肋11的端部抵压在板体1上。 
工作原理:它在板体1上重叠成型有肋11,使得板体1处得到了强度加强,提高了镀锌板的整体刚度,在混凝土浇捣过程中,不易出现脱焊现象,因而不会产生镀锌板鼓包或者局部挠度过大的现象。 
腹杆钢筋2与肋11接触实现电弧焊,不会焊穿镀锌板材质的板体1,避免了镀锌板焊穿,使得产品外观质量得到了大大的提高。

1.无焊点楼承板,包括板体(1)和腹杆钢筋(2),其特征在于:肋(11)由板体(1)局部重叠为二层弯曲而成钩状,腹杆钢筋(2)焊接固定在该肋(11)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无焊点楼承板,其特征在于:肋(11)成型为半圆形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无焊点楼承板,其特征在于:肋(11)的端部抵压在板体(1)上。
