Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种闭式压力机的立柱，其特征在于：所述的立柱是用两块折弯钢板对焊而成的中空立柱，在中空立柱的内壁上设有多个加强筋板。根据压力机的立柱设计折弯钢板，先将钢板根据需要折弯R圆弧，再在折弯钢板内壁按照需要设有多个加强筋板，然后将带有焊接好筋板的折弯钢板对焊，这种结构的立柱成本低，外形美观，不会受钢材型号的影响，根据受力的需要自行设计，并且在使用过程中操作者活动的区域都是R圆弧结构，提高了安全性能。

背景技术
目前，闭式压力机的立柱结构一般都采用方钢、槽钢或铸件，方钢、槽钢是直接成形的没有办法添加加强筋板，对于大吨位的压力机来讲强度不够，铸件立柱铸造难度很大；有的也用钢板直接焊成，焊接后四个角都是焊缝，内应力大，外表也不美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有闭式压力机立柱结构的强度、美观和实用，特提出一种闭式压力机的立柱。
为此本实用新型的技术方案为，闭式压力机的立柱，其特征在于：所述的立柱是用两块折弯钢板对焊而成的中空立柱，在中空立柱的内壁上设有多个加强筋板。
有益效果：本实用新型根据压力机的立柱设计折弯钢板，先将钢板根据需要折弯圆弧，再在折弯钢板内部按照需要分布焊接多个加强筋板，然后将带有焊接好加强筋板的折弯钢板对焊，这种结构的立柱成本低，外形美观，不会受钢材型号的影响，根据受力的需要自行设计，并且在使用过程中操作者活动的区域都是圆弧结构，提高了安全性能。

图中1是折弯钢板、2是加强筋板、3是拉紧件、4是焊接处。
如图1、图2所示，根据需要将钢板按照R角度折弯成折弯钢板1，在折弯钢板1的内壁上焊接有多个加强筋板2，把两块折弯钢板1用拉紧件3拉紧固定，最后在焊接处4焊接成型即可，焊接成形的中空立柱去掉拉紧件3后直接焊接底座就可以了。
