目前国内生产的液压式履带强夯机变幅滑轮机构大多采用的是卧式变幅滑轮机构，由于强夯机的特殊工况，在吊锤脱钩的瞬间，臂架产生向后上方的反弹力，使变幅拉绳变松，使钢丝绳从滑轮槽内跳出，产生乱绳现象，使用挡绳棍可以防止钢丝绳脱出，但会对滑轮产生冲击，使滑轮损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种防止钢丝绳从滑轮槽内脱出的液压式履带强夯机立式变幅滑轮装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括臂架、A滑轮、滑轮组、钢丝绳，A滑轮垂直安装在臂架的横梁上，A滑轮通过钢丝绳与滑轮组连接，滑轮组中各个滑轮的滑轮槽方向与A滑轮的滑轮槽方向相同。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于滑轮组中各个滑轮的滑轮槽方向与A滑轮的滑轮槽方向相同，滑轮槽方向与臂架反作用力的方向一致，避免了乱绳现象的出现，消除了钢丝绳对滑轮的冲击。并且本装置钢丝绳的缠绕方便，制作简单，体积小，重量轻，非常适合强夯机恶劣的工况。本实用新型生产制作简单，制作成本下降，市场前景广阔，值得推广使用。

从图1所示本实用新型的结构示意图可以看出，本实用新型包括臂架3、A滑轮1、滑轮组4、钢丝绳5。A滑轮1垂直安装在臂架3的横梁2上，A滑轮1的滑轮槽方向与与臂架3反作用力的方向一致。A滑轮1通过钢丝绳5与滑轮组4连接，滑轮组4中各个滑轮的滑轮槽方向与A滑轮1的滑轮槽方向相同，滑轮组4中各个滑轮的滑轮槽方向与臂架3反作用力的方向相一致，避免了乱绳现象的出现，消除了钢丝绳对滑轮的冲击。
