本实用新型涉及一种肝素钠盐酶解反应釜,包括釜体,釜体上开有进料口,釜体内连接有搅拌轴,该搅拌轴上连接有搅拌叶;其创新点在于:所述釜体下部侧壁均匀分布有数个倾斜向上喷气管,所述喷气管通过总管与压缩空气储气罐连通,所述总管上安装有单向阀。搅拌叶在进行混合液的搅拌时,由压缩空气通过总管进入喷气管,从喷气管倾斜向上喷出,使得物料上下翻滚,使得混合液进行充分的盐解、酶解反应,提高了小肠粘膜中肝素钠的提取率和提取速度,使得资源得到充分利用,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种肝素钠盐酶解反应釜,特别涉及一种原料利用率高的肝素钠盐酶解反应釜。
背景技术
肝素钠粗品是制造肝素钠药物的重要原料,其制备时首先要将小肠粘膜置于盐解反应釜中,添加盐和液碱调整混合液的PH值,再加入碱性蛋白酶进行酶解,在整个过程中需要使用搅拌桨对釜体内的混合液进行不停的搅拌,使得小肠粘膜中的肝素钠脱离并进入到混合液当中。传统的盐解反应釜为单搅拌叶,搅拌存在死角,混合不均匀,导致部分小肠粘膜中的肝素钠无法进入混合液中,原料的利用率低,且搅拌时间长,影响生产效率。
目前市面上出现了一种外循环式肝素钠盐酶解反应釜,其在釜体侧壁设置一外循环旁通管道,旁通管道的上、下端分别于釜体上部和底部连通,旁通管道上安装提升泵。利用提升泵将釜体内的物料进行外循环混合,提高原料的利用率,其缺点是:物料极易堵塞提升泵,需要频繁清理,影响正常的搅拌。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种原料利用率高的肝素钠盐酶解反应釜。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种肝素钠盐酶解反应釜,包括釜体,釜体上开有进料口,釜体内连接有搅拌轴,该搅拌轴上连接有搅拌叶;其创新点在于:所述釜体下部侧壁均匀分布有数个倾斜向上喷气管,所述喷气管通过总管与压缩空气储气罐连通,所述总管上安装有单向阀。
本实用新型的优点在于:搅拌叶在进行混合液的搅拌时,由压缩空气通过总管进入喷气管,从喷气管倾斜向上喷出,使得物料上下翻滚,使得混合液进行充分的盐解、酶解反应,提高了小肠粘膜中肝素钠的提取率和提取速度,使得资源得到充分利用,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括釜体1、进料口2、搅拌轴3、搅拌叶4、喷气管5、总管6、单向阀7。
上述釜体1上开有进料口2,釜体内连接有搅拌轴3,该搅拌轴上连接有搅拌叶4,釜体1下部侧壁均匀分布有数个倾斜向上喷气管5,喷气管5通过总管6与压缩空气储气罐连通,总管6上安装有单向阀7。
使用时,含水的小肠粘膜通过进料口2进入釜体1内,蒸汽从釜体1的夹套内通入对釜体内物料加热,加热的同时通过进料口2添加盐和液碱。通过搅拌叶4对添加了盐和液碱的混合液进行搅拌,盐和液碱与含水的小肠粘膜进行盐解反应,使得混合液的PH值调至9。然后在混合液内加入蛋白酶进行酶解反应,搅拌叶4对温度保持在54oC附近的混合液不断的搅拌。在搅拌叶4对混合液搅拌的同时,压缩空气通过总管6进入喷气管5,从喷气管5倾斜向上喷出,使得混合液上下翻滚,消除的搅拌死角,使得酶解反应充分进行,提高了小肠粘膜中肝素钠的分离率,同时可适当减少了酶解的反应时间,缩短了生产周期。
