Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型轮毂,包括轮毂本体,其轮毂本体上外轴承受力处的外侧设有加强筋和支撑结构;所述加强筋采用花瓣式结构。本实用新型轮毂采用适当的对壁厚进行减薄,并在内、外轴承受力面外侧加强支撑,有效的减轻了轮毂的重量,每个轮毂的的重量可降低6Kg左右。该新结构轮毂通过有限元分析其强度完全可以满足要求,通过实际装车试用,实际使用效果非常好。

本实用新型涉及一种轮毂,具体地说是涉及一种新型轮毂,属于商用车驱动桥领域。 
背景技术
随着GB1589-2004《外廓尺寸轴荷及质量限值》的实施和路政管路的加强,轻量化成为商用车的发展趋势,各整车主机厂也对车桥产品零部件的轻量化发展提出了更高的要求。 
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新型轮毂,结构简单,成本低廉,使用寿命长,满足了各主机厂对驱动桥零部件的轻量化需求。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是,一种新型轮毂,包括轮毂本体,其轮毂本体上外轴承受力处的外侧设有加强筋I和支撑结构;所述加强筋采用花瓣式结构。 
优化的,上述新型轮毂,其轮毂本体上内轴承受力处的外侧设有加强筋II。 
优化的,上述新型轮毂,其轮毂本体的壁厚减薄到13-15mm。
