背景技术
    转盘轴承座是一种可以接受综合载荷、构造特别的大型和特大型轴承座,具有构造紧凑、回转灵敏、装置维护方便等特点。磨损作为轴承座最为常见的问题,轴承座磨损现象也时常发生。目前轴承座通常采用冲压模具进行加工制造,但是现有的轴承座模具结构设计不够合理,尤其是冲孔凹模设计过于复杂,且重量大,制造成本高。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种轴承座模具的冲孔凹模,与冲孔凹模配合安装方便快捷,采用条形滑槽与凸模固定板滑动安装,定位准确方便,结构设计简单合理,制造成本明显降低。
