背景技术
    转盘轴承座是一种可以接受综合载荷、构造特别的大型和特大型轴承座,具有构造紧凑、回转灵敏、装置维护方便等特点。磨损作为轴承座最为常见的问题,轴承座磨损现象也时常发生。目前轴承座通常采用冲压模具进行加工制造,但是现有的轴承座模具结构设计不够合理,制造成本高。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种轴承座模具的冲孔凸模,与上模板安装方便快捷,定位准确方便,结构设计简单合理,制造成本明显降低。

轴承座模具的冲孔凸模,包括有上部的圆盘座、下部的冲头,所述的圆盘座上开有数个环形布置的台阶状的安装孔,冲头的下端边沿具有刀刃。
所述的安装孔有四个,四个安装孔均匀布置于圆盘座上。
本实用新型采用销轴孔与联接孔配合定位安装,与上模板安装方便快捷,定位准确方便,结构设计简单合理,制造成本明显降低。
