本实用新型涉及冲压机械的冲压模架，是一种可卸导柱模架。
背景技术
常规冷冲模架的导柱是过盈配套固定连接下模架，因此，导柱不能拆换，不利于模具的维修和安装以及模具刃口的修磨。
发明内容
为了解决导柱固定连接下模座所产生的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种可卸导柱模架，有利于模具的安装和维修，增加使用寿命。
本实用新型实现上述目的的技术方案是：它主要包括有下模座、衬套、导柱、定位销、螺钉、衬套有圆锥形孔套接导柱，螺钉连接有垫置垫圈的衬套和导柱，衬套套接下模座，且由定位销定位。
本实用新型设计的导柱可与衬套拆卸，衬套与下模座可卸的结构，有利于模具的安装和模具刃口的修磨，延长模具的使用寿命和安装的便当。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的下模座1开设一组圆形开口孔8，其孔8的个数与圆形导柱4个数相一致，可2只或4只，分别套接衬套2，并由定位销5定位，由相间120°的三个螺钉3固定连接。衬套2上的圆锥形开口孔9，其锥度为1∶10，导柱4同衬套2套接处的锥度为1∶10，连接锥度1∶10，在衬套2圆形开口孔9的底部垫置有垫圈6，由螺钉7连接垫圈6和导柱4，垫圈6与导柱4之间留有一小间隙，参阅图1。

1.一种可卸导柱模架，其特征是衬套(2)有圆锥形开口孔(9)套接导柱(4)，螺钉(7)连接有垫置垫圈(6)的衬套(2)和导柱(4)，衬套(2)套接下模座(1)，且由定位销(5)定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可卸导柱模架，其特征是导柱(4)与衬套(2)连接的锥度为1∶10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可卸导柱模架，其持征是垫圈(6)与导柱(4)之间有一小间隙。
