具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本实用新型一种新型道岔融雪系统加热器热端固定结构,是一个截面呈大“V”型的弹性卡具3,在保证加热器热端条体2与钢轨1安装密贴的条件下,弹性卡具3的两端折弯卡在钢轨1与加热器热端条体2的外侧,弹性卡具3与加热器热端条体2紧密贴合;弹性卡具3的多个折弯处均采用大圆角结构;弹性卡具3的两端反向折弯。
如图1所示,图中圆圈标记处为大圆角结构,矩形标记处为反向折弯结构。
本实例的工作过程:将加热器热端条体2平放于钢轨1的轨坡处,将弹性卡具3的开口卡住钢轨1的轨坡,将加热器热端条体2置于弹性卡具3的卡槽内,将弹性卡具3安装到位,使弹性卡具3两侧均抱紧钢轨1的轨坡,确认安装牢固。
