背景技术
目前,广泛应用于航空航天等领域的复合气瓶,大都只能制成小容积的气瓶,不仅重量较重、而且耐高压性能也较低。随着科技的进步,在航空航天领域,对复合气瓶的重量要求更为严格,越来越需要一种重量轻,耐高压和大容积的复合气瓶。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种重量轻,耐压高,大容积的复合气瓶。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种耐高压大容积复合气瓶:铝合金内胆的外表面设有一层复合层。
上述的耐高压大容积复合气瓶:所述的复合层是用浸渍树脂的碳纤维缠绕在铝合金内胆的外表面形成的碳纤维层。
上述的耐高压大容积复合气瓶:所述的碳纤维是T-1000碳纤维。
上述的耐高压大容积复合气瓶:铝合金内胆的容积为100升。
本实用新型的有益效果是:①重量轻,容积大。本实用新型采用T-1000碳纤维作为复合材料,缠绕在铝合金内胆的外表面,可以制成容积为100L的气瓶,填补了空白。T-1000碳纤维的比强度和比模量较高,因此制成的气瓶重量轻,只有20公斤。③ 耐压高。作为航空航天领域使用的复合气瓶耐压强度是重要指标之一,本实用新型制成的气瓶耐压强度可达30MPa。
