实用新型专利ZL200820042042.1 “框架与脚的连接结构”虽然对框架与脚的连接作了调整,但其连接方式仍然存在连接强度问题。

本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种改进型框架与脚的连接结构,该连接结构强化框架与脚的连接,保障安全性。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该连接结构包括T字型套管、水平框架管、水平长管和框架垂直连接管,T字型套管由水平短管和垂直短管呈T字型焊接组成,水平短管的一端连接水平框架管,水平短管的另一端连接水平长管,垂直短管上连接框架垂直连接管,整体构成连接结构。
其中,水平短管和垂直短管选用厚壁钢管焊接而成。
其中,水平框架管的部分水平框架管采用冲压压扁的方式连接在T字型套管的水平短管上。
其中,水平长管与T字型套管的水平短管的连接端部由缩管部份和套接部份组成,缩管部份和套接部份压扁后套入T字型套管的水平短管中。
本实用新型具有以下优点:①水平框架管与T字型套管的水平短管冲压压扁连接,内外钢管咬合,固定程度较高,与水平长管套接后有效防止了相互的转动;②T字型套管的水平短管与垂直短管焊接连接,壁厚的套管提高了焊接强度;③水平长管缩管和部份不缩管的部份套入T字型套管,提高了连接的强度。

其中,水平短管3和垂直短管4选用厚壁钢管焊接而成。
其中,水平框架管4的部分水平框架管5采用冲压压扁的方式连接在T字型套管1的水平短管2上。
其中,水平长管6与T字型套管1的水平短管3的连接端部由缩管部份7和套接部份8组成,缩管部份7和套接部份8压扁后套入T字型套管1的水平短管2中。
