Abstract
一种壳体组件,其包括外壳、由透明或半透明材质制成的光栅及图案层,该光栅包括具有光栅面的第一表壁及与该第一表壁相背设置的第二表壁,该第二表壁粘接于该外壳上,该图案层固接于该外壳或该光栅上,且该图案层透过该光栅呈现3D效果。本实用新型还提供一种应用上述壳体组件的便携式电子装置。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种壳体组件,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子装置的壳体组件。
背景技术
便携式电子装置如手机、掌上电脑及个人数字助理等都具有外壳,外壳上一般都印有商标或其它其装饰作用的图案层。然而,现有的外壳上的图案层只能呈现出2D效果,而消费者对便携式电子装置的外观的要求却越来越高,从而导致具有2D的外观效果的便携式电子装置逐渐无法满足消费者在审美方面的需求。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种3D外观效果的壳体组件。
此外还有必要提供一种应用上述壳体组件的便携式电子装置。
一种壳体组件,其包括外壳、由透明或半透明材质制成的光栅及图案层,该光栅包括具有光栅面的第一表壁及与该第一表壁相背设置的第二表壁,该第二表壁粘接于该外壳上,该图案层固接于该外壳或该光栅上,且该图案层透过该光栅呈现3D效果。
一种便携式电子装置,包括外壳、由透明或半透明材质制成的光栅及图案层,该光栅包括具有光栅面的第一表壁及与该第一表壁相背设置的第二表壁,该第二表壁粘接于该外壳上,该图案层固接于该外壳或该光栅上,且该图案层透过该光栅呈现3D效果。
使用便携式电子装置时,操作者可透过光栅的第一表壁方向看到位于第二表壁上的图案层上的图案,而光栅的第一表壁上的光栅面的设置能使操作者看到的图案层呈现出效果,从而改善了便携式电子装置的外观效果。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本实用新型。
具体实施方式
本实用新型的外壳适用于便携式电子装置,如计算机、手机、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant, PDA)及掌上电脑等。本实施例将以手机为例对本实用新型的便携式电子装置及外壳加以说明。
请参阅图1,手机100包括一壳体组件110,该壳体组件110包括一外壳10及一光栅20,光栅20粘接于外壳10上。粘接的方式可以为胶水或双面胶粘接,本实施例中使用的是双面胶30。
外壳10上开设有一用以安装光栅20的安装槽12。光栅20包括一第一表壁22及一与第一表壁22相背设置的第二表壁24。第一表壁22上形成有一光栅面202,本实施例中,该光栅面202为于该第一表壁22上开设若干平行排列的凹槽222而形成。光栅20上还设有一图案层26,图案层26固接于第二表壁24上。
光栅20由透明或半透明的热塑性树酯注塑形成,例如,聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)及聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)等树酯中的一种或几种的组合,优选聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)。
请一并参阅图2及图3,组装手机100时可参照如下步骤进行:
首先,将双面胶30粘固于光栅20的第二表壁24上。然后,将光栅20设有双面胶30的第二表壁24置于外壳10的安装槽12内,直至双面胶30与安装槽12的底壁粘结,最后将光栅20压紧于安装槽12内,手机100便组装完毕。
使用手机100时,操作者可透过光栅20的第一表壁22方向看到位于第二表壁24上的图案层26上的图案,而光栅20的第一表壁22上的光栅面202的设置能使操作者看到的图案层26呈现出3D效果,从而改善了手机100的外观效果。
可以理解,图案层26不局限于设置于光栅20的第二表壁24上,只要能使操作者透过光栅20的第一表壁22方向看到的图案层26,图案层26还可以设置于外壳10的安装槽12的底壁上,也可以设置于外壳10背向安装槽12的一面。当图案层26设置于外壳10背向安装槽12的一面时,外壳10需由透明或透明材质制成。
Claims (10)
1.一种壳体组件,其包括外壳、由透明或半透明材质制成的光栅及图案层,其特征在于:该光栅包括具有光栅面的第一表壁及与该第一表壁相背设置的第二表壁,该第二表壁粘接于该外壳上,该图案层固接于该外壳或该光栅上,且该图案层透过该光栅呈现3D效果。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该图案层位于外壳与该光栅之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该图案层固接于该光栅的第二表壁上。
4.如权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该外壳上开设有安装槽,该光栅安装于该安装槽内,且该第二表壁粘接于形成该安装槽的底壁上。
5.如权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该光栅通过双面胶粘接于该本体上。
6.如权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该第一表壁上开设有若干并排设置的凹槽以形成所述光栅面。
7.如权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该透明或半透明材质为聚碳酸酯、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯硫醚及聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯中的一种或几种的组合。
8.一种便携式电子装置,包括外壳、由透明或半透明材质制成的光栅及图案层,其特征在于:该光栅包括具有光栅面的第一表壁及与该第一表壁相背设置的第二表壁,该第二表壁粘接于该外壳上,该图案层固接于该外壳或该光栅上,且该图案层透过该光栅呈现3D效果。
9.如权利要求8所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该图案层位于外壳与该光栅之间。
10.如权利要求9所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:该图案层固接于该光栅的第二表壁上。
