本实用新型属于压接模具技术领域,具体的讲涉及复式接线端子压接模具。
背景技术
导线接线端子在与导线连接时,多数采用将导线插入接线端子的导线孔内,然后用模具压紧导线孔,在压紧导线孔时,目前多采用模具分别在导线孔的两端挤压,连接一个导线需要挤压模具两次或两次以上,这样,不但在接线时费时费力,而且还容易出现压偏现象,接线质量得不到保证。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题就是提供一种省时、省力、接线质量高的复式接线端子压接模具。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案为:包括带有滑翅的两个模具本体,在该两个模具本体相对一侧分别设置有卡槽,在所述两个模具本体相对一侧分别设置有与所述卡槽垂直的分割槽。
本实用新型提供的复式接线端子压接模具,同现有技术相比较具有以下优点:由于包括带有滑翅的两个模具本体,在该两个模具本体相对一侧分别设置有卡槽,在所述两个模具本体相对一侧分别设置有与所述卡槽垂直的分割槽,将接线端子的导线孔放入模具本体内,导线孔的两端正好卡在模具本体的两端,挤压两个模具本体,导线孔的两端牢牢地将导线卡住,而导线孔的中间不被压扁,一次即可完成,不但省时、省力,而且还可以防止两次挤压模具时造成导线孔压偏,提高了压接质量。

下面结合附图对本实用新型所提出的复式接线端子压接模具的结构做进一步说明。
如图1所示,为复式接线端子压接模具的结构示意图。其结构包括第一模具本体1和第二模具本体2,在第一模具本体1和第二模具本体2的相对一侧分别设置有卡槽3、4,在第一模具本体1和第二模具本体2的侧面设置有滑翅5、6,在第一模具本体1和第二模具本体2的相对一侧分别设置有与卡槽3、4垂直的分割槽7、8。
使用时,将滑翅5、6卡入挤压工具的滑道内,并将接线端子的导线孔卡入卡槽3、4之间,用力挤压第一模具本体1和第二模具本体2,导线孔的两端牢牢地将导线卡住,一次即可完成,不但省时、省力,而且还可以防止两次挤压模具时造成导线孔压偏,提高了压接质量。
本实用新型的保护范围不仅仅局限于上述实施例,只要结构与本实用新型复式接线端子压接模具结构相同,就落在本实用新型保护的范围。
