本实用新型涉及一种高压连接器相关技术,尤其是涉及一种用于高压连接器的屏蔽装置。
背景技术
目前,高压连接器的屏蔽多是直接从连接器的屏蔽外壳引出接触弹片和金属面板接触从而实现屏蔽,会因金属面板表面处理涂层及接触弹片的应力松弛,而导致屏蔽不可靠。这种配合设计因为需要增加屏蔽,需要设计相应的接触金属片,会增加产品零件数量及成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种用于高压连接器的屏蔽装置。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于高压连接器的屏蔽装置,其特征在于,包括:
金属面板;
高压连接器塑胶外壳,该塑胶外壳的下端伸出部固定在金属面板上;
屏蔽外壳,该屏蔽外壳包住塑胶外壳的下端伸出部;
接触弹片,该接触弹片一端固定在屏蔽外壳上,另一端固定在金属面板上。
所述的接触弹片为金属片。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有屏蔽效果好,成本低。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种用于高压连接器的屏蔽装置,包括:
金属面板4;
高压连接器塑胶外壳1,该塑胶外壳1的下端伸出部固定在金属面板4上;
屏蔽外壳2,该屏蔽外壳2包住塑胶外壳的下端伸出部;
接触弹片3,该接触弹片3一端固定在屏蔽外壳2上,另一端固定在金属面板4上。所述的接触弹片3为金属片。带屏蔽外壳2的高压连接器塑胶外壳1固定在金属面板4上,屏蔽外壳2上的接触弹片3与金属面板4框口接触,同时将接触弹片3一端与屏蔽外壳2焊接,另一端与金属面板4接触,从而实现增加屏蔽外壳2与金属面板4的接触,确保屏蔽。该产品用在-40-105摄氏度的环境。

金属面板;
高压连接器塑胶外壳,该塑胶外壳的下端伸出部固定在金属面板上;
屏蔽外壳,该屏蔽外壳包住塑胶外壳的下端伸出部;
接触弹片,该接触弹片一端固定在屏蔽外壳上,另一端固定在金属面板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高压连接器的屏蔽装置,其特征在于,所述的接触弹片为金属片。
