Abstract

BARRA DE CONEXãO COM INTERFACE PLANA. Trata-se de uma barra de conexão (10) para simplificar a conexão entre aparelhos elétricos, em que as interfaces de conexão (12) são planas. Os dispositivos de conexão (12, 12') compreendem um inserto de condução (24) em um elastómero isolante compressível (14) moldado a partir de fundição, que é revestido com uma blindagem (20). As superfícies de conexão (26, 28) dos insertos de condução (24) ficam localizadas retraidas com relação às superfícies de conexão (16, 18) do suporte isolante (14). Quando a conexão for realizada, as superfícies isolantes (16, 16') entram em contato, a compressão é então realizada permitindo que a interface se torne à prova de ar, ao mesmo tempo em que colocam as superfícies de condução (26, 26') em contato. A montagem é mantida comprimida por meio de um parafuso central (50) que é, de preferência, associada com um dispositivo em bruto de tipo tampa (52) para a superfície de conexão 1(18) não usada para conexáo elétrica. A solução de conexão de acordo com a invenção, além da velocidade, flexibilidade e confiabilidade de conexão, em particular permite que as disposições entre os aparelhos elétricos sejam simplificadas por uma tolerância de posicionamento, e em particular permite o alinhamento das unidades óm pólos que serão conectadas.
