Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种扬声器振膜及使用该扬声器振膜的扬声器,其中,扬声器振膜包括振膜主体,所述振膜主体为单片膜部件,包括用于加强低频的底层、设于所述底层上表面的且用于保证振动均匀性的复合金属层、以及设于所述底层与所述复合金属层之间的且用于补偿高频的复合片状层。本实用新型的扬声器振膜分三层:第一层是底层,用于加强低频;第二层是复合片状层,用于补偿高频;第三层是复合金属层,有非常好的瞬时响应,能够保证振动的均匀性,使工作区获得平坦的响应,同时又能消除在中高频的共振,因此能够满足耳机扬声器全频带的要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种耳机扬声器,更具体地说,涉及一种扬声器振膜及使用该扬声器振膜的扬声器。
背景技术
传统耳机扬声器的振膜是单层结构,且该单层结构由单一材料制成,由于单一材料或软或硬,导致扬声器振膜频带较窄,要么高频好,人声清脆,要么低频好,人声低沉有力,因此不能满足耳机扬声器全频带的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种扬声器振膜及使用该扬声器振膜的扬声器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种扬声器振膜,包括振膜主体,所述振膜主体为单片膜部件,包括用于加强低频的底层、设于所述底层上表面的且用于保证振动均匀性的复合金属层、以及设于所述底层与所述复合金属层之间的且用于补偿高频的复合片状层。
本实用新型所述的扬声器振膜,其中,所述振膜主体包括圆顶部、和由所述圆顶部周缘向外延伸的边缘部。
本实用新型所述的扬声器振膜,其中,所述复合片状层覆盖于所述圆顶部上,且边缘延伸过所述圆顶部和边缘部的过渡位置。本实用新型所述的扬声器振膜,其中,所述复合片状层包括由聚酯树脂制成的薄膜状的复合片状层。
本实用新型所述的扬声器振膜,其中,所述底层包括由聚酯树脂制成的薄膜状的底层。
本实用新型所述的扬声器振膜,其中,所述复合金属层的边缘还设有铜环。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的另一技术方案为:构造一种扬声器,包括用于支撑扬声器振膜的框架,所述框架内设有如上述所述的扬声器振膜。
实施本实用新型的扬声器振膜和扬声器,具有以下有益效果:本实用新型的扬声器振膜分三层:第一层是底层,用于加强低频;第二层是复合片状层,用于补偿高频;第三层是复合金属层,有非常好的瞬时响应,能够保证振动的均匀性,使工作区获得平坦的响应,同时又能消除在中高频的共振,因此能够满足耳机扬声器全频带的要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,同时参见图2。在本实用新型的优选实施例中,该扬声器振膜包括振膜主体,振膜主体为单片膜部件,它包括用于加强低频的底层100、设于底层100上表面的且用于保证振动均匀性的复合金属层200、以及设于底层100与复合金属层200之间的且用于补偿高频的复合片状层300。
如图2所示,同时参见图3,上述的振膜主体包括圆顶部1、和由圆顶部1周缘向外延伸的边缘部2。前述的复合片状层300是覆盖在圆顶部1上的,且其边缘延伸过圆顶部1和边缘部2的过渡位置。
优选地,上述复合环状层300和底层100均可以采用由聚酯树脂制成的片状薄膜部件。进一步地,复合金属层200也呈片状,且复合金属层200的边缘还设有铜环400,铜环400可保证振膜的弹性和硬度。
本实用新型的扬声器振膜分三层:第一层是底层100,用于加强低频;第二层是复合片状层300,用于补偿高频;第三层是复合金属层200,有非常好的瞬时响应,能够保证振动的均匀性,使工作区获得平坦的响应,同时又能消除在中高频的共振,因此能够满足耳机扬声器全频带的要求。
如图3所示,在本实用新型的另一具体实施例中,构造一种扬声器,包括用于支撑扬声器振膜的框架3,该框架3内设有上述的扬声器振膜。从图上可以看出,处于圆顶部1和边缘部2过渡部分的复合片状层300底部是受音圈支撑的,音圈至于磁路的磁隙中,此部分结构属于现有公知技术,因此不再叙述。
以上实施例只为说明本实用新型的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本实用新型的内容并据此实施,并不能限制本实用新型的保护范围。凡跟本实用新型权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,均应属于本实用新型权利要求的涵盖范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种扬声器振膜,其特征在于,包括振膜主体,所述振膜主体为单片膜部件,包括用于加强低频的底层(100)、设于所述底层(100)上表面的且用于保证振动均匀性的复合金属层(200)、以及设于所述底层(100)与所述复合金属层(200)之间的且用于补偿高频的复合片状层(300)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器振膜,其特征在于,所述振膜主体包括圆顶部(1)、和由所述圆顶部(1)周缘向外延伸的边缘部(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的扬声器振膜,其特征在于,所述复合片状层(300)覆盖于所述圆顶部(1)上,且边缘延伸过所述圆顶部(1)和边缘部(2)的过渡位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器振膜,其特征在于,所述复合片状层(300)包括由聚酯树脂制成的薄膜状的复合片状层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器振膜,其特征在于,所述底层(100)包括由聚酯树脂制成的薄膜状的底层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器振膜,其特征在于,所述复合金属层(200)的边缘还设有铜环(400)。
7.一种扬声器,包括用于支撑扬声器振膜的框架(3),其特征在于,所述框架(3)内设有如权利要求1-6任一项所述的扬声器振膜。
