本实用新型属于机械加工领域，特别涉及一种轴用切槽车刀。
背景技术
机械加工中，车削轴类零件时，常常用到车削卡簧槽、退刀槽等的切槽车刀。通常采用的切槽车刀，一种是用整体高速钢刀条磨削而成；一种是焊接切槽车刀磨削而成；一种是机夹切槽车刀。
磨削而成的切槽车刀，在磨削时费时费力，耗费刀材，还可能导致刀头被退火；机夹切槽车刀虽然使用方便，但因使用硬质合金刀片，故成本较高。
实用新型内容
   本实用新型的目的是提供一种轴用切槽车刀，以解决现有的切槽车刀存在的在磨削时费时费力，耗费刀材，成本较高的问题。
   本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
   一种轴用切槽车刀，包括车刀杆、片铣刀，片铣刀通过锁紧定位螺钉定位于车刀杆上的定位孔中，所述车刀杆上靠近片铣刀的一侧安装有定位销。 
   本实用新型利用锁紧定位螺钉将片铣刀固定在车刀杆上，用定位销防止片铣刀在切削时转动。
   本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型利用铣床用片铣刀，特别是可以利用已经报废的片铣刀，有效实现废旧物利用。铣刀片切削性能良好，可以承受较高切削速度，而且片铣刀有多个齿，切刀寿命就是一把普通切刀的多倍。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
   如图1和图2所示，本实用新型轴用切槽车刀包括车刀杆1、片铣刀2，片铣刀2通过锁紧定位螺钉3定位于车刀杆1上的定位孔5中，车刀杆1上靠近片铣刀2的一侧安装有定位销4。
   锁紧定位螺钉3采用左旋螺纹定位连接在车刀杆1上，片铣刀在切削力作用下如果产生旋转，则锁紧定位螺钉3越旋越紧。
   本实用新型利用锁紧定位螺钉将片铣刀固定在车刀杆上，用定位销防止片铣刀在切削时转动。
