本实用新型属于机械加工技术领域，涉及一种回转体内孔斜槽加工的刀具，具体为一种斜槽铣刀。
背景技术
斜槽铣刀是一种用于加工斜槽的加工工具，现有技术中对回转体内孔斜槽的加工常由斜槽铣刀来完成，存在的问题是在加工槽宽比较小的工件尤其是槽宽L小于2mm的工件时，槽宽尺寸容易超差，且因槽宽较窄，导致槽刀承受的力较大，刚性差，这样槽刀就容易发生变形、甚至断刀的情况，刀具的使用寿命大打折扣，刀具使用成本非常大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的斜槽刀，该斜槽刀采用的工艺技术可以有效避免刀具变形、甚至断刀情况的发生，有效延长刀具使用寿命。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案：一种斜槽铣刀，包括刀体、焊接于刀体上的刀片、开于刀片上的切削刃，特征在于：所述切削刃为圆弧过渡刃。所述切削刃的圆弧直径尺寸与待加工件的槽径尺寸一致。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型采用的工艺技术带来的有益效果是：刀具结构简单，圆弧过渡的切削刃作用力均匀，刚性好，不易发生变形和断刀的情况且因为切削刃的圆弧直径尺寸与待加工工件的槽径尺寸一致，加工的尺寸精确，不会有超差的情况发生。
