背景技术
传统一种新型静音缓闭式止回阀是板式结构,其止回作用是通过内部弹簧,这种阀弹簧密封容易断,同时板式止回阀由于结构性原因,在启闭时阀门和管道的冲击而引起的噪音。 
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种新型静音缓闭蝶式止回阀技术方案,所述一种新型静音缓闭蝶式止回阀,其特征在于,包括:螺钉16、下支架17、螺栓18、上阀杆19、限位杆20、平键21、螺丝帽22、螺丝23、指针24、刻度盘25、曲柄26、销轴27、螺丝28、卡板29、缓冲液压油缸30、螺栓31、油缸轴盖32、圆柱弹簧33、螺杆34、螺母35、螺栓36、连接板37、限位块38、上支架39、阀轴40、活塞杆41,所述一种新型静音缓闭蝶式止回阀,由阀体、阀瓣、阀轴、曲柄、缓冲液压油缸组成,在阀轴上设有缓冲液压油缸,所述缓冲液压油缸是采用两级可调式阻尼液压油缸,通过阻尼液压油缸控制阀门的启闭,其油缸是用两级可调控制阻尼,先快关85%-90%,再慢关15%-10%,有效的避免了阀瓣关闭时对密封面的冲击破坏,延长了阀门的使用寿命,有效的避免了阀瓣关闭时对阀门和管道的冲击而引起的噪音,从而达到静音环保。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过阻尼液压油缸控制阀门的启闭,油缸采用两级可调控制阻尼,先快关85%-90%,再慢关15%-10%,有效的避免了阀瓣关闭时对密封面的冲击破坏,延长了阀门的使用寿命,有效的避免了瓣瓣关闭时对阀门和管道的冲击而引起的噪音,从而达到静音环保。

具体实施方式
如图所示,所述一种新型静音缓闭蝶式止回阀,在阀轴上设有曲柄,在缓冲液压油缸中设有活塞杆,活塞杆与曲柄连接,在阀轴上设有缓冲液压油缸,所述缓冲液压油缸是采用两级可调式阻尼液压油缸,通过两级可调式阻尼液压油缸控制阀门的启闭,第一级控制阀门调节为快关85%-90%,第二级控制阀门阻尼调节为慢关15%-10%。由于缓冲液压油缸的作用,阀瓣关闭时分两个阶段。第一阶段:从全开位置到运行了85%-90%行程为快关段,在这个阶段,油缸活塞杆被压回缸体内部,在这个阶段阻尼装置作用很小,阀瓣关闭速度较大(和开阀的速度一样)。第二个阶段:从85%-90%行程以后至全关为慢关段,在这个阶段阻尼装置作用很大,为得到合适的关闭速度,可通过调节油路单向节流阀的开度以调节油路系统的阻尼大小,从而彻底的消除破坏性水锤,消除关闭时的噪音,达到静音环保,起到了保护水泵、阀及管线系统的作用。

1.一种新型静音缓闭蝶式止回阀,其特征在于,包括:螺钉、下支架、螺栓、上阀杆、限位杆、平键、螺丝帽、螺丝、指针、刻度盘、曲柄、销轴、卡板、缓冲液压油缸、油缸轴盖、圆柱弹簧、螺杆、螺母、连接板、限位块、上支架、阀轴、活塞杆,所述一种新型静音缓闭蝶式止回阀,在阀轴上设有缓冲液压油缸,所述缓冲液压油缸是采用两级可调式阻尼液压油缸。
