本实用新型是一种电热塑料瓶压缩器,包括通过铰接合页(8)连接在一起的两个等尺寸半圆筒(1),两个半圆筒(1)合成一个上端开口、下端封闭的圆筒;其中一个半圆筒的内底面固定连接有走向与所述圆筒轴线相平行的滑动杆(3),该滑动杆(3)靠近所连接半圆筒的筒内壁且上端高出所述圆筒上端面;在所述滑动杆(3)上可上下滑动地套接有圆盘状的电加热盘(4),该电加热盘(4)的外径尺寸小于所述圆筒的内径尺寸。采用电加热的方式将塑料瓶压制成饼状,大幅度缩小了塑料瓶的占地空间,便于包装和运输。还具有结构简单,制造成本低的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种通过加热方式对废弃塑料瓶实施挤压的专用装置。
背景技术  
纯净水、矿泉水塑料瓶以及各种饮料塑料瓶用过后一般需要回收,回收后用于塑料颗粒的加工,或者用于制备汽油。在回收运输过程和从回收站到加工厂的运输过程中,由于塑料瓶占用空间较大,导致包装、运输不便。目前市场上还没有一种压缩塑料瓶的专用装置。
实用新型内容  
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种电热塑料瓶压缩器,能够便利地将塑料瓶热压成饼状,并且构造简单,易于制造。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种电热塑料瓶压缩器,其特征在于:包括通过铰接合页连接在一起的两个等尺寸半圆筒,两个半圆筒合成一个上端开口、下端封闭的圆筒;其中一个半圆筒的内底面固定连接有走向与所述圆筒轴线相平行的滑动杆,该滑动杆靠近所连接半圆筒的筒内壁且上端高出所述圆筒上端面;在所述滑动杆上可上下滑动地套接有圆盘状的电加热盘,该电加热盘的外径尺寸小于所述圆筒的内径尺寸。
在该电加热盘的上端面连接有绝缘手柄架,在该绝缘手柄架上安装有电源开关,所述电源开关分别连接电源电线和所述电加热盘。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:采用电加热的方式将塑料瓶压制成饼状,大幅度缩小了塑料瓶的占地空间,便于包装和运输。本实用新型还具有结构简单,制造成本低的特点。

下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1,本实用新型包括通过铰接合页8连接在一起的两个等尺寸半圆筒1,两个半圆筒1合成一个上端开口、下端封闭的圆筒。其中一个半圆筒的内底面固定连接有走向与所述圆筒轴线相平行的滑动杆3,该滑动杆3靠近所连接半圆筒的筒内壁且上端高出所述圆筒上端面。
在所述滑动杆3上可上下滑动地套接有圆盘状的电加热盘4,该电加热盘4的外径尺寸小于所述圆筒的内径尺寸。
在该电加热盘4的上端面连接有绝缘手柄架5,在该绝缘手柄架5上安装有电源开关6,所述电源开关6分别连接电源电线7和所述电加热盘4。
使用时,手持绝缘手柄架5将电加热盘4提起并绕滑动杆3转动离开所述圆筒正上方,从圆筒正上方放入塑料瓶,然后绕滑动杆3转动电加热盘4使其位于所述圆筒正上方,打开电源开关6并沿滑动杆3向下推动电加热盘4压塑料瓶。在所述圆筒内压制多个塑料瓶后,通过开筒柄2打开所述圆筒,取出压制后的塑料瓶。

1.一种电热塑料瓶压缩器,其特征在于:包括通过铰接合页(8)连接在一起的两个等尺寸半圆筒(1),两个半圆筒(1)合成一个上端开口、下端封闭的圆筒;其中一个半圆筒的内底面固定连接有走向与所述圆筒轴线相平行的滑动杆(3),该滑动杆(3)靠近所连接半圆筒的筒内壁且上端高出所述圆筒上端面;在所述滑动杆(3)上可上下滑动地套接有圆盘状的电加热盘(4),该电加热盘(4)的外径尺寸小于所述圆筒的内径尺寸。
2.如权利要求1所述的电热塑料瓶压缩器,其特征在于:在该电加热盘(4)的上端面连接有绝缘手柄架(5),在该绝缘手柄架(5)上安装有电源开关(6),所述电源开关(6)分别连接电源电线(7)和所述电加热盘(4)。
