Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种曲面板栅,涉及铅酸蓄电池。本实用新型包括板耳、边框和多根位于边框内且呈纵横向或斜向布置的筋条,其特征在于由所述板耳、边框和多根筋条构成的面为曲面结构。本实用新型可实现在较薄而轻的板栅上涂覆较多的活性物质,得到较厚而轻且容量高的平面极板。

本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池,具体指用于制造铅酸蓄电池的板栅。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池中的板栅由四周较粗厚的边框和中间较细薄的且呈纵横向或斜向布置的筋条组成,板栅既是活性物质的支撑体,也是电流的导体,其中,边框的厚度决定了活性物质的使用量。通常情况下,边框的厚度加上涂覆的0.2-0.3mm活性物质涂层即为极板的厚度。由于现有板栅为平面结构,在较薄而轻的板栅上只能涂覆较少量的活性物质,得到的是较薄的极板。如果需要涂覆较多量的活性物质,则必须使用较厚而重的板栅,得到的是较厚而重的极板。因此,由现有较薄而轻的平面板栅无法得到较厚而轻的极板,即无法得到涂覆较多活性物质的极板,进而使得铅酸蓄电池的重量较重,重量比能量较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足提供一种结构简单、较薄而轻且可涂覆较多活性物质的曲面板栅。
本实用新型包括板耳、边框和多根位于边框内且呈纵横向或斜向布置的筋条,其特征在于由所述板耳、边框和多根筋条构成的面为曲面结构。
所述曲面结构为波纹型曲面。
本实用新型将由板耳、边框和多根筋条构成的面设置为曲面结构,尤其是设置为波纹型曲面,可实现在较薄而轻的板栅上涂覆较多的活性物质,得到较厚而轻且容量高的平面极板,不仅可降低铅合金的耗用量,进而降低铅酸蓄电池的重量,而且可提高铅酸蓄电池的重量比能量。

实施例:本实用新型包括板耳1、边框2和多根位于边框2内且呈纵横向布置的筋条3,其中,由所述板耳1、边框2和多根筋条3构成的面为曲面结构4,所述曲面结构4为波纹型曲面。
本实用新型可采用传统挤膏工艺或者灌粉工艺制成较厚而轻且容量高的平面极板,进一步与隔板和电池壳体及其它辅助材料一起即可制成铅酸蓄电池。

1.一种曲面板栅,包括板耳(1)、边框(2)和多根位于边框(2)内且呈纵横向或斜向布置的筋条(3),其特征在于由所述板耳(1)、边框(2)和多根筋条(3)构成的面为曲面结构(4)。
2.按权利要求1所述的曲面板栅,其特征在于所述曲面结构(4)为波纹型曲面。
