本实用新型公开了一种高能量铅酸蓄电池极板,包括板栅及涂覆在板栅上的活性物质涂层,其特征在于所述板栅为曲面结构。本实用新型通过采用曲面结构板栅,可实现在较薄而轻的板栅上涂覆较多的活性物质,得到较厚而轻且容量高的平面极板,进而可降低铅酸蓄电池的重量,提高铅酸蓄电池的重量比能量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池,具体涉及用于制造铅酸蓄电池的极板。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池极板包括板栅及涂覆在板栅上的活性物质涂层,其中,板栅既是活性物质的支撑体,也是电流的导体,其厚度决定了活性物质的使用量。由于现有板栅为平面结构,在较薄而轻的板栅上只能涂覆较少量的活性物质,得到的是较薄的极板。如果需要涂覆较多量的活性物质,则必须使用较厚而重的板栅,得到的是较厚而重的极板。因此,由现有较薄而轻的平面板栅无法得到较厚而轻的极板,即无法得到涂覆较多活性物质的极板,进而使得铅酸蓄电池的重量较重,重量比能量较低(约34-36wh/kg)。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足提供一种结构简单、可涂覆较多活性物质且轻的高能量铅酸蓄电池极板。
本实用新型包括板栅及涂覆在板栅上的活性物质涂层,其特征在于所述板栅为曲面结构。
所述曲面结构为波纹型曲面。
本实用新型将高能量铅酸蓄电池极板中的板栅设置为曲面结构,尤其是设置为波纹型曲面,可实现在较薄而轻的板栅上涂覆较多的活性物质,得到较厚而轻且容量高的平面极板,不仅可降低铅合金的耗用量,进而降低铅酸蓄电池的重量,而且可提高铅酸蓄电池的重量比能量(约40-42wh/kg)。

下面结合附图及实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
实施例:一种高能量铅酸蓄电池极板包括板栅1及涂覆在板栅1上的活性物质涂层2,所述板栅1由冲床和冷冲模以冷冲压方式进行连续冲压,加工网孔12、板耳13和曲面结构11,所述曲面结构11为波纹型曲面,所述活性物质涂层2为由铅粉、配方料、酸、水等物料构成的活性物质铅膏涂填形成。
极板进一步与隔板和电池壳体及其它辅助材料一起即可制成铅酸蓄电池。

1.一种高能量铅酸蓄电池极板,包括板栅(1)及涂覆在板栅(1)上的活性物质涂层(2),其特征在于所述板栅(1)为曲面结构(11)。
2.按权利要求1所述的高能量铅酸蓄电池极板,其特征在于所述曲面结构(11)为波纹型曲面。
