本实用新型公开了一种多级级联时间交叉并行冗余点火电路,该电路包括一级以上相串联的级联子电路,所述级联子电路由一路以上并行的点火子电路构成,所述点火子电路由三级管和场效应管相级联构成,在三极管和场效应管的状态转换点设有去耦电容,所述点火子电路之间的输出点火脉冲在时间上相交叉。本实用新型采用由三级管和场效应管构成的多级级联电路,提高了点火电路的抗干扰能力。多路并行的点火子电路可实现对同一控制目标中的多个点火头实现时间顺序依次点火,不仅可降低点火电流的需求,同时提高了点火的可靠性。

本实用新型涉及一种点火电路,尤其涉及一种多级级联时间交叉并行冗余点火电路。
背景技术
常用的点火电路是单级大电流的,只在点火控制逻辑阶段进行保护,点火电路本身的抗干扰能力较差。为了提高点火可靠性,通常的办法是将多个点火头并联,如果某个点火头损坏,其它点火头依然工作,虽然这种方式可提高点火的可靠性,但这种点火电路的缺点一是需要很大的电流,二是如果有一只点火头短路,则会造成点火失败。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种在控制逻辑保护的前提下可进一步提高点火电路的可靠性的多级级联时间交叉并行冗余点火电路。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种多级级联时间交叉并行冗余点火电路包括一级以上相串联的级联子电路,所述级联子电路由一路以上并行的点火子电路构成,所述点火子电路由三级管和场效应管相级联构成,在三极管和场效应管的状态转换点设有去耦电容,所述点火子电路之间的输出点火脉冲在时间上相交叉。
本实用新型采用由三级管和场效应管构成的多级级联电路,提高了点火电路的抗干扰能力。多路并行的点火子电路可实现对同一控制目标中的多个点火头实现时间顺序依次点火,不仅可降低点火电流的需求,同时提高了点火的可靠性。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本实用新型做进一步说明。应理解,以下实施例仅用于说明本实用新型而非用于限制本实用新型的范围。
参见图1,Fire0、Fire1、Fire2是来自点火控制逻辑的控制线,这个控制逻辑可以是CPU形成,也可以是时序和组合逻辑形成,它们是时间顺序发生的,不在本实用新型介绍范围。VCC是点火电源,可以是恒压源,也可以是恒流源,具体可根据需要设计。Vfire是经过第一级开关缓冲点火电源,Vfire1经过第二级开关缓冲第一路点火电源,Vfire2经过第二级开关缓冲第二路点火电源。Fire0是第一控制逻辑,高电平有效,它通过R14控制Q6,C23阻止电平变化,可抑制各种空间耦合的干扰脉冲,Q6打开后,电平变化控制Q3的门级,C26有去耦作用,可进一步抑制干扰。R14、R20、C23、C26、Q3、Q6构成了一级点火子电路,Fire1、Fire2驱动的电路和Fire0驱动的电路在结构上是完全相同的。
每一个结构相同的子电路构成一级或一路点火开关,多级级联可提高点火电路的抗干扰能力,多路并行,分时控制不同点火头,可提高点火可靠性。

1.一种多级级联时间交叉并行冗余点火电路,其特征在于:包括一级以上相串联的级联子电路,所述级联子电路由一路以上并行的点火子电路构成,所述点火子电路由三级管和场效应管相级联构成,在三极管和场效应管的状态转换点设有去耦电容,所述点火子电路之间的输出点火脉冲在时间上相交叉。
