背景技术
目前，现代轿车绝大多数是承载式车身，除了要搭载汽车所有的部件以外还要承受使用过程中的各种载荷，如：扭转、弯曲等等，如果车身刚度不足就会引起门框、窗框等处的大变形。进而导致车门卡死，玻璃破碎，密封不严，影响安装车身上的总成位置，最终会直接或者间接的影响汽车的动力响应。
在以轻质量的前提下最大限度的提高车身的刚度是汽车开发设计过程中所追求的目标。
