技术领域
本实用新型涉及电机制造领域,具体涉及电机定子冲片冲槽型、以及转子冲片分离加工方法及其专用模具。 
背景技术
众所周知,大型电机的定、转子冲片外径尺寸比较大,电机生产的批量小,不能采用复合落料模和复合冲型模,如采用模具制造成本高,加工难度大。一般的电机生产企业采用四道工序加工,通过工序一:落料外圆和冲轴孔;工序二:定子冲片冲模型;工序三:定、转子冲片分离;工序四:转子冲片冲槽型;缺陷是这样生产工序多,生产周期长,制造成本高。 
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种电机定子冲片冲槽型、及转子片分离一次完成的专用模具,减少加工工序,提高工作效率,缩短生产周期,降低生产成本。 
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现: 
电机定子冲片冲槽型、及转子片分离一次完成的专用模具,包括匝配凹模,设置于匝配凹模上的定子冲片槽型,特点是在定子冲片槽型一侧设置有转子外圆剪切槽型,与剪切槽型匹配的剪切凸模,其刀口为与转子外圆匹配的圆弧形,一侧带斜面,所述凸模的刀口一侧带斜面。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是,所述外圆剪切槽型是设有与剪切凸模匹配凹口的卸料板和弹性垫构成,所述卸料板和弹性垫通过连接件依次设置于匝配凹模槽内,所述弹性垫为聚氨酯橡胶。 
本实用新型更进一步改进方案是,外圆剪切槽型一侧的匝配凹模表面下沉。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下明显优点: 
一、本实用新型通过在设有定子冲片槽型的凹模上设置转子外圆剪切槽型,实现了在冲切定子槽型的同时剪切转子外圆,将两道工序合并成一道工序,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期,且操作方便可靠。
二、本实用新型由于外圆剪切槽型是设有与剪切凸模匹配凹口的卸料板和弹性垫构成,所述卸料板和弹性垫通过连接件依次设置于匝配凹模槽内,因此该槽型不仅可实现剪切转子外圆,冲出的冲片平整度好,而且具有卸料功能。这样就减去了冲片在旋转中因圆弧阻力,而提高了冲次率。 
三、本实用新型在外圆剪切槽型一侧的匝配凹模表面下沉,减少在冲片旋转时由于槽型受阻而拉裂冲片的几率,提高了冲片的质量。

具体实施方式
如图2、3所示,本实用新型包括匝配凹模,设置于匝配凹模上的定子冲片槽型1。如图2、3、4、5所示,在定子冲片槽型1一侧设置有转子外圆剪切槽型2,外圆剪切槽型2一侧的匝配凹模表面下沉。图4、5所示,与剪切槽型2匹配的剪切凸模3,其刀口为与转子外圆匹配的圆弧形31,一侧带斜面32。 
如图3所示,所述外圆剪切槽型2是设有与剪切凸模3匹配凹口的卸料板4和弹性垫5构成,所述卸料板4和弹性垫5通过连接件6(连接件6选用螺栓)依次设置于匝配凹模槽内。 
在本实施例中,所述弹性垫5选用聚胺酯橡胶。

1.电机定子冲片冲槽型、及转子片分离一次完成的专用模具,包括匝配凹模,设置于匝配凹模上的定子冲片槽型(1),其特征在于:在定子冲片槽型(1)一侧设置有转子外圆剪切槽型(2),与剪切槽型(2)匹配的剪切凸模(3),其刀口为与转子外圆匹配的圆弧形。
2.如权利要求1所述的电机定子冲片冲槽型、及转子片分离一次完成的专用模具,其特征在于:所述外圆剪切槽型(2)是设有与剪切凸模(3)匹配凹口的卸料板(4)和弹性垫(5)构成,所述卸料板(4)和弹性垫(5)通过连接件(6)依次设置于匝配凹模槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的电机定子冲片冲槽型、及转子片分离一次完成的专用模具,其特征在于:所述弹性垫(5)为聚氨酯橡胶。
4.如权利要求1所述的电机定子冲片冲槽型、及转子片分离一次完成的专用模具,其特征在于:外圆剪切槽型(2)一侧的匝配凹模表面下沉。
5.如权利要求1所述的电机定子冲片冲槽型、及转子片分离一次完成的专用模具,其特征在于:所述凸模(3)的刀口一侧带斜面。
