【背景技术】
目前公知的圆柱型锂离子电池的极片一般采用焊接方式,基本是采用超声波焊接,超声波焊接机是利用超声波使工件接触面间高频的磨擦使分子间急速产生热量,当此热量足够大时,停止超声波振动,固化熔面以完成加工程序的焊接。超声波焊接存在长时间工作后由于焊头过热而导致电子元气件不稳定而产生虚焊使不良率提高的现象,尤其是相互焊接工件材质不同时该缺陷特别明显。

本实用新型的目的在于针对上述技术缺陷,提供一种圆柱型锂离子电池极片,本实用新型的结构,对电池极片采用铆焊方式取代常规电阻焊、电容焊、超声焊,所述的结构采用物理焊接方式大大降低了虚焊的比例,提高了焊接的合格率,降低了产品的成本。
