Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种光伏组件封装结构,包括面板、双面胶缓冲层、光伏电池、双面胶缓冲层和背板依次层叠。该双面胶缓冲层满足光伏用封装材料的透光性、电气性能等要求。光伏电池正面的双面胶缓冲层为透明的,背面的双面胶缓冲层为透明或白色的,若为白色,具有高反射特性。组件在全自动叠层过程中,采用具有缓冲作用的双面胶缓冲层替代传统需要层压的封装材料,可以节省掉层压时间,提高生产效率;组件受到外力时,双面胶缓冲层可以保护电池片;与背板接触的白色双面胶缓冲层具有高反射率,可以提高组件输出功率。

本实用新型涉及一种光伏组件封装结构。
背景技术
目前,晶体硅太阳能电池组件,通常将玻璃、EVA胶膜、太阳能电池片、EVA胶膜、背板依次叠层,经过层压机进行层压封装,层压冷却过程需要15-20分钟。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种光伏组件封装结构,减少传统的层压工序。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种光伏组件封装结构,包括面板、双面胶缓冲层、光伏电池、双面胶缓冲层和背板依次层叠。
双面胶缓冲层为依次层叠的双面胶、缓冲材料和双面胶。
或者,双面胶缓冲层为高粘泡棉双面胶。
光伏电池正面的双面胶缓冲层为透明的,背面的双面胶缓冲层为透明或白色的。
本实用新型的有益效果是:组件在全自动叠层过程中,采用具有缓冲作用的双面胶缓冲层替代传统需要层压的封装材料,可以节省掉层压时间,提高生产效率;组件受到外力时,双面胶缓冲层可以保护电池片;与背板接触的白色双面胶缓冲层具有高反射率,可以提高组件输出功率。

具体实施方式
一种光伏组件封装结构,包括面板1、双面胶缓冲层、光伏电池3、双面胶缓冲层和背板4,面板1、双面胶缓冲层、光伏电池3、双面胶缓冲层和背板4依次层叠。与面板1接触的双面胶缓冲层必须为透明的,与背板接触的双面胶缓冲层可采用透明或具有高反射率的白色,提高组件输出功率。双面胶缓冲层具有一定的缓冲作用,两面均有胶层,可直接与面板1、光伏电池3和背板4粘贴,减少了传统的层压工序,节省了时间;且与全自动生产线结合,能够大幅度提高生产效率。
如图1所示,在实施例1中,将EVA替换成高粘泡棉绝缘双面胶23,与面板1接触的封装材料高粘泡棉双面胶23使用透明的;与背板4接触的高粘泡棉双面胶23使用白色的或透明的,若使用白色的可以提高反射率,提高组件输出功率。
如图2所示,在实施例2中,将与面板1接触的封装材料EVA换成透明的由双面胶21、缓冲材料22和双面胶21依次层叠而成的双面胶缓冲层。将与背板4接触的封装材料EVA换成透明或白色的由双面胶21、缓冲材料22和双面胶21依次层叠而成的双面胶缓冲层,若使用白色的可以提高反射率,提高组件输出功率。

1.一种光伏组件封装结构,其特征是:包括面板(1)、双面胶缓冲层、光伏电池(3)、双面胶缓冲层和背板(4),面板(1)、双面胶缓冲层、光伏电池(3)、双面胶缓冲层和背板(4)依次层叠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏组件封装结构,其特征是:所述的双面胶缓冲层为依次层叠的双面胶(21)、缓冲材料(22)和双面胶(21)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光伏组件封装结构,其特征是:所述的双面胶缓冲层为高粘泡棉双面胶(23)。
