一种双面太阳能电池板,包括太阳能硅片,其特征在于,太阳能硅片的表面有一层硬质透明树脂层;太阳能硅片为两片,背对背镶嵌在硬质透明树脂层之中。当有光源时,光线透过硬质透明树脂照在太阳能电池板的正面或者反面,太阳能电池板的正面和反面都能受光,完成能量转换。本实用新型结构、制造工艺简单,生产成本低,且能够达到太阳能电池板双面受光的效果。

背景技术
普通太阳能电池板都是单面受光的。但在某些场合,太阳能电池板有双面受光的需求。
中国专利申请号200510027171公开了一种双面太阳能电池的制造方法,将每片硅晶片的背面上涂覆无碱玻璃和银-铝浆料,将两片硅晶片按背面对背面的方式重叠,两个重叠的硅晶片共烧结构成一个整体,成为双面太阳能电池。该制造方法工艺复杂,成本较高。

针对上述情况,本实用新型提供一种双面太阳能电池板,以解决现有普通太阳能电池板单面受光的局限性及双面太阳能电池制造工艺复杂、生产成本高的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种双面太阳能电池板,包括太阳能硅片,其特征在于,太阳能硅片的表面有一层硬质透明树脂层;太阳能硅片为两片,背对背镶嵌在硬质透明树脂层之中。
本实用新型结构、制造工艺简单,生产成本低,且能够达到太阳能电池板双面受光的效果。
