背景技术
商用空调系统的全铝微通道换热器中平行流用多孔铝扁管与折叠铝箔截面垂直放置,平行流用多孔铝扁管汇管焊接。平行流用多孔铝扁管倾斜放置时,铝箔与平行流用多孔铝扁管的接触面积受结构所限,面积减小,影响换热效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种微通道换热器,以解决现有技术铝箔与平行流用多孔铝扁管的接触面积小,换热效果差等问题。
本实用新型主要由汇管、平行流用多孔铝扁管、铝箔、安装支架组成,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是在机体内部倾斜设置若干组平行流用多孔铝扁管,在平行流用多孔铝扁管中间设置铝箔,铝箔为平行四边形结构,铝箔与平行流用多孔铝扁管截面轴线为1-89°角,铝箔与平行流用多孔铝扁管倾斜角度互为余角;在机体的左右两端对称设置汇管,汇管上设置安装支架;在汇管一侧设置气管,另一侧设置液管。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是增大铝箔与平行流用多孔铝扁管接触面积及换热面积,提高了换热效率。

具体实施方式
如图所示:在机体4内部倾斜安装一百零三组平行流用多孔铝扁管7,在平行流用多孔铝扁管7中间安装铝箔3,铝箔3为平行四边形结构,铝箔3与平行流用多孔铝扁管7截面轴线为45°角,在机体4的左右两端对称设置汇管2,汇管2上设置安装支架5;在汇管2一侧设置气管1,另一侧设置液管6。
工作时,冷媒气体由气管进入汇管、平行流用多孔铝扁管,通过铝箔散热冷凝成液体由液管流出,完成一次换热。

1.一种微通道换热器,主要由汇管、平行流用多孔铝扁管、铝箔、安装支架组成,其特征是在机体内部倾斜设置若干组平行流用多孔铝扁管,在平行流用多孔铝扁管中间设置铝箔,铝箔与平行流用多孔铝扁管截面轴线为1-89°角,在机体的左右两端对称设置汇管,汇管上设置安装支架;在汇管一侧设置气管,另一侧设置液管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微通道换热器,其特征是铝箔为平行四边形结构。
