背景技术
对于船上的热交换器,当端盖内表面涂普通焦油环氧漆时,内表面容易被海水及海生物腐蚀,为解决这一问题,现有的热交换器在端盖内部配备了防腐锌棒,这在防止海水及海生物腐蚀方面起到了一定的保护作用,但是,由于海水冲刷以及海生物的吸附和衍生,容易破坏油漆涂层,海水渗透到内部,导致端盖出现腐蚀穿孔现象。

实用新型目的:本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、使用寿命长的耐腐蚀端盖。 
技术方案:一种耐腐蚀端盖,包括端盖本体,在所述端盖本体内表面设置有油漆层,所述油漆层包括底层的ENA300/303青铜色漆层和表层的ENA301/303铝白色漆层。 
作为优选,所述的ENA300/303青铜色漆层、ENA301/303铝白色漆层的厚度均为120-125um。 
有益效果:本实用新型结构合理,解决了管壳式热交换器内表面容易被海水及海生物腐蚀的问题,大大降低了成本,节约能源,主要用于管壳式热交换器。
