【背景技术】
大型风力发电机主要由风力发电机主机、叶轮、塔架组成,这些设备都长年矗立在户外恶劣的环境中,要经受海洋湿气、风沙、潮湿、紫外线的侵蚀。对于大型风力发电机的塔架,通常采用钢材制造,外表面再喷漆防腐处理。经过几年的现场运行后,塔架的外表面油漆会剥离脱落,导致塔架外壳生锈。大型风力发电机的设计和使用寿命普遍为20年,在正常使用寿命内,需要多次清除塔架表面的铁锈、补油漆等防腐处理,由于大型风力发电机的塔架高度原因,使得防腐维护成本非常昂贵。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供了一种结构简单,无须做防腐维护处理的风力发电机塔架。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本实用新型采用下列技术方案:
一种风力发电机塔架,包括塔架体、设置在塔架体顶部的风力发电机主机及设置在风力发电机主机上的叶轮,其特征在于在塔架体的外表面包覆有至少一层玻璃钢层。
如上所述的一种风力发电机塔架,其特征在于所述的塔架体由金属材料制成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:由于在塔架体的外表面包覆有至少一层玻璃钢层,而玻璃钢层具有防腐的作用,因此本实用新型跟表面涂有油漆的传统风力发电机塔架相比,其防腐能力、材料性能,以及抗剥离能力都大大优于传统风力发电机塔架,使得本实用新型的塔架体在20年的使用寿命内,不需要另做防腐维护处理,彻底解决了防腐问题。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的描述:
参考图1-2所示,一种风力发电机塔架,包括塔架体1、设置在塔架体1顶部的风力发电机主机2及设置在风力发电机主机2上的叶轮3,在塔架体1的外表面包覆有至少一层玻璃钢层4;所述的塔架体1由金属材料制成。
由于在塔架体1的外表面包覆有至少一层玻璃钢层4,而玻璃钢层4具有防腐的作用,因此本实用新型跟表面涂有油漆的传统风力发电机塔架相比,其防腐能力、材料性能,以及抗剥离能力都大大优于传统风力发电机塔架,使得本实用新型的塔架体在20年的使用寿命内,不需要另做防腐维护处理,彻底解决了防腐问题。

1.一种风力发电机塔架,包括塔架体(1)、设置在塔架体(1)顶部的风力发电机主机(2)及设置在风力发电机主机(2)的上的叶轮(3),其特征在于在塔架体(1)的外表面包覆有至少一层玻璃钢层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电机塔架,其特征在于所述的塔架体(1)由金属材料制成。
