Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种脱硫岛烟气余热回收优化系统,包括锅炉、空气预热器、除尘器、引风机、增压风机、吸收塔、烟囱及回热系统,所述回热系统包括若干个并联在低压缸上的低压加热器,所述吸收塔一侧安装有烟气冷却器,烟气冷却器连接在回热系统上。由于本实用新型脱硫岛烟气余热回收运行优化系统采用了上述技术方案,将吸收塔通过烟气冷却器与回热系统相连接,降低了吸收塔的烟气温度,减少了吸收塔工业冷却水耗的用量,节约能耗及运行资金。

本实用新型涉及一种火电厂配套脱硫设备的烟气余热回收运行优化系统。
背景技术
目前,成熟的脱硫技术如石灰-石膏湿法脱硫等虽取得了明显成效,但是投入成本非常高,成为目前制约火电厂配套脱硫设备的主要瓶颈。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种脱硫岛烟气余热回收运行优化系统。
本实用新型提供的一种脱硫岛烟气余热回收优化系统包括锅炉、空气预热器、除尘器、引风机、增压风机、吸收塔、烟囱及回热系统,所述回热系统包括若干个并联在低压缸上的低压加热器,所述吸收塔一侧安装有烟气冷却器,烟气冷却器连接在回热系统上。
由于本实用新型脱硫岛烟气余热回收运行优化系统采用了上述技术方案,将吸收塔通过烟气冷却器与回热系统相连接,降低了吸收塔的烟气温度,减少了吸收塔工业冷却水耗的用量,节约能耗及运行资金。
