本实用新型涉及一种阀门制品，尤其为一种用于充气制品上的单向进气阀门。
背景技术
气垫、儿童充气玩具、气模等充气制品上都需要安装单向进气阀门，以便补给内部气压。目前使用的单向进气阀门较为细长，使用过程中容易对产品主体造成磨损，影响充气制品的使用寿命；其次是这类充气阀一般是靠橡胶自身的弹性实现单向进气功能，使用寿命较低，并且严密性较差。
实用新型内容
为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种设计合理，严密性好，使用寿命，可减少对充气产品主体造成磨损的单向进气阀门。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种单向进气阀门，其特征在于：阀体与阀座螺纹配合，两者之间设有相配合的夹持斜面；阀体上端设有螺纹配合的上盖；阀体内设有导向定位套，阀体下端设有下盖，下盖上侧设有导向定位柱，导向定位柱穿入导向定位套内，导向定位柱上端固定有木螺丝，木螺丝的钉帽内侧设有垫片，垫片与导向定位套之间设有弹簧。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型结构合理，气密性好，其形状更适合主体产品的作业，可减少充气阀在使用过程中与产品主体间的摩擦，提高了充气阀与充气产品的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参看附图1、2，阀体14呈环形并在下部设有外丝，并通过此外丝与阀座6配合，阀体14与阀座6在螺纹上端设有相配合的夹持斜面13、12，安装时阀座6位于充气制品内部，阀座6与阀体14通过夹持斜面12、13密封固定于充气制品上；阀体14上端设有螺纹配合的上盖1，上盖1上设有O形密封圈5；阀体14内设有一导向定位套8，导向定位套8通过十字支架15固定于阀体14中心处；阀体14的下端环面上设有一台阶，下盖10位于此台阶上，下盖10的上侧面设有O形密封圈11并在圆心处设有导向定位柱7，导向定位柱7穿入导向定位套8内，导向定位柱7上端面通过螺孔9固定有一木螺丝3，木螺丝3钉帽的内侧设有一垫片2，垫片2与导向定位套8之间设有套在木螺丝3外的弹簧4。下盖10在弹簧4张力作用下与阀体14下侧密封配合，防止气体外泄，起到逆止作用；充气时，外部气压克服弹簧4张力，推动下盖10下移，外部气体由阀体14进入充气产品内。

1.一种单向进气阀门，其特征在于：阀体与阀座螺纹配合，两者之间设有相配合的夹持斜面；阀体上端设有螺纹配合的上盖；阀体内设有导向定位套，阀体下端设有下盖，下盖上侧设有导向定位柱，导向定位柱穿入导向定位套内，导向定位柱上端固定有木螺丝，木螺丝的钉帽内侧设有垫片，垫片与导向定位套之间设有弹簧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种单向进气阀门，其特征在于：上盖上设有O形密封圈，下盖的上侧面设有O形密封圈。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种单向进气阀门，其特征在于：导向定位套通过十字支架固定于阀体中心处。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种单向进气阀门，其特征在于：阀体的下端环面上设有一台阶，下盖位于此台阶上。
