本实用新型涉及一种动力电池干燥炉。 
背景技术
现有的动力电池干燥炉其侧盖采用齿轮传动,体积过大,不易操作,同时在工作时会产生高温,并且不易散热,从而影响干燥炉的工作效率和工作寿命。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种传动简单,易操作,同时散热良好的动力电池干燥炉。 
本实用新型实现上述目的的技术方案是,一种动力电池干燥炉,包括机体、电加热管,所述机体身上具有抽真空口,所述机体上具有侧盖,所述侧盖通过传动机构与机体铰接,所述传动机构包括螺杆和电机,所述螺杆由电机带动,螺杆与侧盖装连,所述机体内部具有电加热管且电加热管均匀分布在机体的内壁,所述抽真空口均匀分布在机体的侧面且分别位于机体侧面的前端与后端,抽真空口的前端为法兰盘,所述机体外壁圆周方向具有降温带,且散热带上均匀分布有散热孔。 
所述传动机构外部具有罩壳。 
本实用新型由于具有所述机体上具有侧盖,所述侧盖通过传动机构与机体铰接,所述传动机构包括螺杆和电机,所述螺杆由电机带动,螺杆与侧盖装连这样的结构,其传动简单,易操作,同时由于采用了散热带,从而能够保证干燥炉在工作的过程中不至于机体温度过高从而对工作效率,干燥炉使用寿命产生不必要的影响,确保正常工作的同时,也保证了安全。

如图1、2所示,一种动力电池干燥炉,包括机体1、电加热管2,所述机体1身上具有抽真空口1-2,所述机体1上具有侧盖1-1,所述侧盖1-1通过传动机构与机体1铰接,所述传动机构包括螺杆3和电机4,所述螺杆3由电机4带动,螺杆3与侧盖1-1装连,所述机体1内部具有电加热管2且电加 热管2均匀分布在机体1的内壁,所述抽真空口1-2均匀分布在机体1的侧面且分别位于机体1侧面的前端与后端,抽真空口1-2的前端为法兰盘,所述机体1外壁圆周方向具有降温带6,且散热带6上均匀分布有散热孔6-1。 
所述传动机构外部具有罩壳5。 
本实用新型的电机4带动螺杆3,螺杆3带动侧盖1-1完成打开关闭的动作,此时电加热管2开始工作,干燥炉开始进行干燥工作,同时散热带6保证了在工作时能够快速散热。

1.一种动力电池干燥炉,包括机体(1)、电加热管(2),所述机体(1)身上具有抽真空口(1-2),其特征在于:
a、所述机体(1)上具有侧盖(1-1),所述侧盖(1-1)通过传动机构与机体(1)铰接,所述传动机构包括螺杆(3)和电机(4),所述螺杆(3)由电机(4)带动,螺杆(3)与侧盖(1-1)装连,
b、所述机体(1)内部具有电加热管(2)且电加热管(2)均匀分布在机体(1)的内壁,
c、所述抽真空口(1-2)均匀分布在机体(1)的侧面且分别位于机体(1)侧面的前端与后端,抽真空口(1-2)的前端为法兰盘,
d、所述机体(1)外壁圆周方向具有降温带(6),且散热带(6)上均匀分布有散热孔(6-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力电池干燥炉,其特征在于:所述传动机构外部具有罩壳(5)。
