该设备涉及一种废旧塑料清洗回收生产线，主要用于硬片材、粒状塑料的脱水处理。 
背景技术
目前，常用的是立式脱水机，由螺杆输送物料到脱水机中，采用断开螺旋、在高速旋转时物料不会被马上排出，而是在内部高速旋转、螺旋向上，在离心力的作用下、物料与水分离，水被从滤网孔排出。主轴转速为1400r/min，成品含水率达4％～5％，最大产量达800～1000kg/h。 
伴随着全球人口的增长，塑料的消费量也会急剧增长，这样，回收废旧塑料也必将增加。市场对塑料的清洗回收产量要求也越来越高，显然，立式脱水机的产能已不能满足高产量废旧塑料清洗回收生产线的生产需求。提高脱水机的产能才能解决这一问题。 
发明内容
为了提高脱水机的产能，新型脱水机采用卧式的，主轴高速回转提供强大的离心力，使破碎后的废旧塑料在清洗干净之后将水分甩干，废旧塑料含水量约为1％～2％，产量可达1200kg/h～1500kg/h。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是 
新型卧式脱水机采用稳固的卧式结构，主轴采用转速达2800r/min的高速回转提供强大的离心力，使水分能轻易穿透外围筛网，特制的外围筛网呈多边形筒状，使塑料在螺旋前进过程中增加分散的能力，让较小的水分子能由气流携带而脱离塑料，达到良好的脱水效果；在进料口上装有一个通小流量水的水管接头。 
本发明的有益效果是 
与立式脱水机相比，新型卧式脱水机结构更牢靠，脱水效率更高(废旧塑料含水量约为1％～2％)，产量明显得到了提高(产量最高可达1500kg/h)。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，新型卧式脱水机采用卧式结构，结构更稳固，主轴2采用转速达2800r/min的高速回转提供强大的离心力，使水分能轻易穿透外围筛网26，经出水体11流出，而物料不能穿透筛网26通过出料口排出，从而实现了对物料的干燥；特制的筛网26呈多边形筒状，使物料在螺旋前进过程中增加分散的能力，让较小的水分子能由气流携带而脱离物料，达到良好的脱水效果。在进料口4上装有一个通小流量水的水管接头5，保证了由上一清洗阶段处理后的物料能顺利地通过进料口4进入脱水机作业区进行脱水处理。 
工作时应注意：1、空载启动，检察电动机8转向是否正确，接好排水，开机后需空转运行3-5分钟。 
2、本机可以单独使用，也可串联到生产线使用，在生产线中使用可以自动控制和单独控制。 
3、每班应打开箱体3的上盖板，用水清理筛网26，以免网孔堵塞，影响以后脱水效果。

1.新型卧式脱水机，其特征是：主轴采用转速达2800r/min的高速回转提供强大的离心力，使水分能轻易穿透外围筛网；特制的筛网呈多边形筒状。

3.根据权利要求1所述的新型卧式脱水机，其特征是：在进料口上装有一个通小流量水的水管接头。
