本实用新型属于零件加工设备，特别涉及一种用于加工轴类零件的车削治具。
背景技术
通常，机械加工中零件另一端的工艺是利用车床本身的三爪卡盘来完成，在被加工的零件车削完成一端后，将被加工的零件取下，并将车床的三爪卡盘的三爪由正装变换为反装卡方式，然后再用卡盘的三爪从被加工的零件的内孔撑住而实现定位。这种加工方式因零件两端内孔的同轴度精度较低，而且在实际操作中需要反复手动夹紧，因此效率较低。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种加工轴类零件的CNC车削治具。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种CNC车削治具，包括圆柱体的底座以及设于底座中心的圆形型腔，所述的底座侧壁轴向开设有与型腔连通的条形槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是：加工时将零件插入圆形型腔内，条形槽的存在能使底座抵消零件施加的径向张力，这样可以有效固定住代加工零件，而且将加工完毕的零件取下也很方便，从而车削效率得到极大提升。

参照图1所示，本实用新型公开了一种CNC车削治具，包括圆柱体的底座1以及设于底座1中心的圆形型腔3，所述的底座1侧壁轴向开设有与型腔3连通的条形槽4，加工时将零件2插入圆形型腔3内，条形槽4的存在能使底座1抵消零件2施加的径向张力，这样可以有效固定住待加工零件2，而且将加工完毕的零件2取下也很方便，从而车削效率得到极大提升。
