背景技术
在冲件冲扩孔中,当模具在高温下作业时,依靠弹簧将模具冲头退出工件的复位机构中,由于环境温度高,使弹簧的自由长度受到一定的影响,弹性能力低于设计要求,并且在不使用期间弹簧仍然受压造成变形,使弹簧自由长度变短等原因,当工件冲扩孔后粘在模具冲头上面不能下来,并随模具上升,影响了正常生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种在不用时使弹簧不受压,防止弹簧变形,同时缩短弹簧自由长度,又能保证模具行程,满足生产要求的汽车冲孔模具冲头复位装置。
