发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于分配喷涂材料的装置。 
根据本发明的一方面,用于分配喷涂材料的装置包括用于耦接到至少一个高量值电位电源的至少两个电极,以便所述至少两个电极基本上保持处于两个不同的高量值电位从而在所述至少两个电极之间存在一个电场。该至少两个电极中的至少一个包括延伸穿过该电极的通道,以提供通过所述至少两个电极中的至少一个电极的压缩气体流。 
作为示例,分压器耦接到该至少一个高量值电位电源。该至少两个电极耦接到分压器上的不同点处以保持该至少两个电极基本上处于两个不同的高量值电位。 
另外,作为示例,具有高量值电位输出端的两个高量值电位电源提供所述两个不同的高量值电位。每个高量值电位输出端分别耦接到该至少两个电极中的一个。 
作为示例,至少两个电极中的每个包括延伸穿过其中的通道,以提供通过所述至少两个电极的压缩气体流。 
作为示例,至少两个电极耦接到共同的压缩气体源。 
另外,作为示例,该至少两个电极分别耦接到至少两个压缩气体源中的一个。

具体实施方式
图1阐述了一种包括喷涂分配装置(或者是枪)12的喷涂分配系统10。作为示例,喷涂分配装置12是手动喷枪,然而应当理解,本发明也同样适用于所谓的自动喷枪。此外,尽管图示的喷涂分配装置12是液压枪,本发明同样适用于气动枪(下文有时为空气)、气动辅助液压枪(下文有时为AAA)、和大容量、低压气动枪(下文有时为HVLP)。而且,本发明同样适用于分配喷涂粉末的喷涂分配装置。喷涂分配装置12包括喷嘴14,来自源16的喷涂材料在阀18的控制下通过喷嘴14来分配。源16可以是液体喷涂材料源或者喷涂粉末源,例如,流化床。阀18的阀针的位置由喷涂分配装置12的扳机20的位置控制。在手动枪中,扳机20的位置由操作者手动控制。在自动枪中,扳机20的位置通常由过程控制器控制,例如,艾伦-布拉德利(Allen-Bradley)控制器。 
通过喷嘴14分配的喷涂材料由两个或更多电极22-1......22-n充电,在附图中仅标出其中两个。电极22-1......22-n的形式是空心针或小规格管。不同的高量值(通常为负数)静电电位从高量值电位源24-1,......24-m耦接到电极22-1,......22-n。用这种方法,电场不仅在每个电极22-1......22-n与将被通过喷嘴14分配的喷涂材料涂覆的物体26(下文有时为靶子)之间产生,而且在电极22-1,......22-n自身之间产生。另外,作为示例,压缩气体,例如空 气,通过由扳机20的位置控制的阀30从压缩气体源28处提供到每个电极22-1,......22-n的底部。因此,当喷涂材料从喷嘴14流出时,压缩气体流经电极22-1,......22-n。这就有助于使电极22-1,......22-n相对摆脱喷涂材料的积聚。这也有助于在喷涂材料被分配时,从电极22-1,......22-n到喷涂材料的电荷流动,这相应地提高了喷涂材料分配至位于枪12前面的靶子26的转移效率,作为示例,所述靶子26位于接地的传送机上。 
高量值电位源24-1,......24-m不需要是独立的电源。相反地,电位电源可以由提供分压器36的普通电源提供,分压器36由电阻Z1和Z2表示,该电阻Z1和Z2可以提供在枪12的主体中,或者可以提供在电源中,或者可以是与电源和电极22-1,......22-n耦接的独立的分压器。广义的阻抗分压器36在图2中说明。该分压器可以,例如,采用图3中说明的电阻分压器36′的形式。该分压器还可以采用图4中说明的电容分压器36″的形式,具有这样的约束,即电容必须足够小从而分压器不能存储足够多的电荷(Q=CV)来导致喷涂环境中的危险操作状态。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于分配喷涂材料的装置,其特征在于,该装置包括用于耦接到至少一个高量值电位电源的至少两个电极,以便所述至少两个电极基本上保持处于两个不同的高量值电位从而在所述至少两个电极之间存在一个电场,所述至少两个电极中的至少一个电极包括延伸穿过该电极的通道,以提供通过所述至少两个电极中的至少一个电极的压缩气体流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括耦接到至少一个高量值电位电源的分压器,所述至少两个电极耦接到分压器上的不同点处以保持所述至少两个电极基本上处于两个不同的高量值电位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,包括两个高量值电位电源,具有高量值电位输出端的所述两个高量值电位电源提供所述两个不同的高量值电位,每个高量值电位输出端分别耦接到所述至少两个电极中的一个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,至少两个电极中的每个电极包括延伸穿过该电极的通道以提供通过所述至少两个电极的压缩气体流。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,所述至少两个电极耦接到共同的压缩气体源。
6.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,所述至少两个电极分别耦接到至少两个压缩气体源中的一个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该装置选自由气动喷雾器、气动辅助液压喷雾器、大容量低压气动喷雾器和液压喷雾器组成的组。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括用于分配粉 状的喷涂材料的装置。
